Although it was only a very small order, the service was great, especially as I had to change the artwork halfway through. Katie was really helpful.

I needed some signage in a hurry and these guys did a great job turning it around. I didn't have access to a designer and they were very patient getting everything formatted correctly. End product was great

Generally very good. The service from Lee was excellent, very helpful in assisting me (a complete novice) in correctly formatting the image for printing. Katie’s service was less constructive and more brusque, but we managed to get the sign printed correctly in the end.

I would say that the website could make it clearer that a very specific image format is required for printing, but it’s only a minor point as the information is available (if not immediately obvious) on the website.

But, bottom line: price was good, product quality was excellent, and customer service was overall fine.

My order for self-adhesive vinyl labels was turned around very quickly and I was delighted with the quality.

I received a good service from Signs & Print. The order was processed quickly, the banners look as expected and they were delivered on time.
I used S&P twice and will most likely use them again.

Ordered a window cling from these guys. The packaging was intact and in good condition but when I opened the window cling it had a tear to the vinyl but not the backing. The vinyl was rolled to the inside of the packing tube so this meant that the damage must have been done before the item was shipped and sent out regardless.
Contacted the company with photos and were told categorically they check everything before dispatch and it must have been either me or the carrier.
As the package was signed for in good condition (which it was) there could be no compensation.

So, save your money and used BannerBuzz, took a bit longer to get here but everything I ordered since has been flawless.

Unfortunately, we did not have a pleasant experience with Signs & Print. After not being able to provide the correct artwork according to their "guidelines", despite other design companies having no problem with our logo/design. We advised Lee that this was out of depth and would like to cancel the order, only to be hit with a cancellation charge which was almost half of the price of the order. We were then pressured into using their design service, again for a price, which did not want to do. The customer service was disappointing, condescending and we felt bullied into using their services as we were unable to cancel without a charge or have our signs printed without a charge. We were constantly met with problems throughout the process. We would advise not use this company and look for a company that will provide a complete service with much more helpful customer service. However, the signs that were printed were of good quality but we wish it didn't take so much stress and time to get to this point.
