Good, but not great.
After ordering our product, we found out our product we ordered was out of stock after the website said there was 6 available. We had no communication from Signzworld to tell us and then we had to chase for a tracking number and then when we questioned why the product hadn't been picked up yet they eventually got around to telling us the product was out of stock and we could upgrade, downgrade or a refund which is fair. The communication afterwards was slow but we eventually got there. Personally I like the company and normally have no issues with them but this time around it was just a lot of chasing and messing about to get the product we actually wanted.
