Instructions could be more informative, ie the fact that it is programmed to Fahrenheit and not Celsius, what to do if it doesn’t open when it should, ie press the red button!
Once figured out how to use it properly it lives up to my expectations. It heats up fairly quickly, and the draw facility is great.
I am now very happy with my purchase, and must commend the team again, on there customer service. I am quite confident that should I need to contact them again, my enquiry will be dealt with professionally. I’m really enjoying making goods on my heat-press.

Good service and quick delivery
Good service and quick delivery, however mug boxes were quite poor quality, very badly cut with frayed edges and generally looked quite shabby, not really ideal for sending mugs to customers. However I have used signzworld in the past and their items have always been fine usually.
