Be careful - once your are in, its hard to get out.

Be careful - once your are in, its hard to get out.

Not because you are forced to buy the next program or prolong your current one, but there is very clever marketing and sort of "emotional manipulation" to do so: "...otherwise you will be lost, lonely and stuck." In a very smart way Sigrun let customers tell about their success stories and then asks them in public what they think of "taking a pause" of the program. The customers unisolo replied (with various reasons) why this is not a good idea and the audience applaused (during a live event, but same on online webinars except that you don't hear the applause just read it in the chat).

The program itself - I joined launch & sell - is not worth the money and did not fulfill what I initially bought.
Instead of videos by Sigrun, there where avatar-videos with no energy/emotions and very bad sound quality. For the participants not working with Sigrun's somba.io software (80 days for free then 97 €/month), there was little support for the technical solutions. The promised templates for landingpages, emails etc. were provided only to those working with somba.io - there was the promise you will get everything nevertheless you are using somba.io or something else. Instead of templates they provided .png screenshots.

If you wanted to join the INCLUDED Sigrun live (one day event) you had to pay 50,81 CHF extra (VAT included) - justified with "a fee to prevent food waste". And beware - the one day event is a sales show only announcing the programs you should join thereafter (red circle fore those making a revenue 250k+ - 35.000 € instead of 40.000 € for 10 months, momentum 10.000 € instead 12.000 € for 14 instead of 12 months). The follow up emails were so manipulative that I almost wanted to buy the next program to avoid being lost, alone and stuck.

Please be extremely careful if you consider to join one of her programs.

One star because zero is not possible.

Hours Long Job App Process with No Reply

TLDR: (because I do value others’ time) I spent hours filling in their application form for a job I’m highly qualified for and despite chasing up multiple times, haven’t heard back from them at all.
They have open jobs on their website and I have all of the experience that they’re asking for in the ad. My friend actually sent me this saying: it could have been written for you. I’m wary of very long application processes but the company looked interesting.

The application had so many questions that took a lot of consideration and time to fill in and even asked for a video recording of you introducing yourself and why you wanted the role (I think: I can’t remember now exactly what they asked for; it’s been so long) I did all of this (it took a good 3 hours to pull together the examples, write them in a clear and concise way and record the video etc) then… crickets. Nothing at all. For 2 months!

I followed up a couple of times with the owner and the person who’d posted the job ad and they didn’t reply. It really doesn’t align with the ethos and value that they project on social media to have people jump through all these hoops only to waste their time by not even sending a rejection email. As I said, I had the experience they were asking for but they may have found someone better. That’s fine but don’t ghost me when you have such a long application process. It would take 5 minutes to send a standard rejection email. Even one click apply jobs do that; it’s the bare minimum.

In a way though, I'm glad this has given me an insight into what they’re actually like. If this is how they treat people and how little they value others’ time then I don’t want anything to do with a company like that.

The ad is still up so I really hope others see this review and think twice about applying. Invest your time with someone who appreciates it and not a company like this. Note too that it’s a little misleading. On LinkedIn, glassdoor etc they ask you to send your cv but once you’ve done that they contact you referring you to fill in the application on their website.

Overpromise, underdeliver: not worth the money

I also signed up for the quite expensive kickstart online course and am very disapointed. You get recorded videos and a 1 hour coaching call wit her staff on FB. I could never ask a question as there were 500 ppl in the course. They did definitely over sell and under deliver. The recorded video modules are short and the instructions not very useful (e. G. Now promote your course on FB, Linkedin, etc but tgey do not show you how to make a good post or how to develop a strategy). It seems that Sigrun just aimed for a huge launch. They promise anything to anybody and once you signed up they deliver little. I only learnt a few technical things I could have learnt for free on Youtube. And yes, when you ask a critcal question they are rude

Disappointing recorded course

I signed up to this course very tentatively - it took me over two years to decide - as it cost a lot of money. I enjoyed the live calls with Sigrun and the small groups and chats we had on the zooms in her free sessions. She seemed knowledgeable and inspiring.

But then when I signed up for the paid course they decided to let 500 people into the course, more they 10x the usual number. It completely destroyed the possibility of small group support. There were hundreds of people clamouring with questions on Facebook. It ended up just being me watching recorded videos on my own - which was very expensive for an online course only and not what was advertised. It felt like they were more interested in money than the customer experience in the end.

When I emailed them to tell them my experience they blamed me and were aggressive and shaming.

Women shaming women in the name of “growth” is unacceptable to me. Avoid this and go somewhere where they actually care about your experience.
