Still waiting

I purchased a P365 Fuse that came with the Romeo RS optic in January.When I tried to to put the battery in the battery tray.
I could not get it to unscrew and yes I used the tool they supplied.I contacted Sig Customer Service on 1/12/2026 and they were friendly and apologetic once I explained my dilemma.They shipped me another optic which I received in about 2 weeks 01/26/2026..*sidenote*the gun did not come with a backplate where the optic is mounted..I had to order and pay for that out of pocket which I didn't think was cool* but I digress when the optic arrived 02/04/2026.. there were no mounting screws..so I had to call them back and was told they would shipped right away,I called back on 02/13/2026just for an ETA and I was told that originally they couldn't find my order and the.I was told that the item was out of stock..so now im just waiting to hear back with no ETA..it just kind of frustrating.

I bought a range bag 5:11 it didn’t come with a d strap for carrying it on your shoulder try & get it fixed from a tailor by the time you have to send the damaged bag back & get another if it’s in stock probably around Xmas look elsewhere for a range bag from them

Sig Sauer website turned me off.

I went to the Sig Sauer website. There were SO MANY POP-UPS that I left and began looking at reviews for Sig.

WOW! So many serious complaints that seemed legit. I think I'll just stay with Smith & Wesson.

This is all real and no fabrication!

M17 pellet pistol IS POORLY MADE, JAMS REPEATEDLY, WORTHLESS

I bought an M17 pellet pistol. It jammed repeatedly after firing 2 or 3 pellets until i gave up and sent it for repair. The “repaired” gun jammed on the 7th pellet. I was able to clear it several times but it continued to jam up every 5pellets or less. I wrote a negative review and they contacted me. I sent the gun in for second round of “repair”. Then the gun jammed after 21 shots.

BEWARE!! Do NOT waste money on this junk item despite the fake youtube reviews. The M17 is junk. An ugly paperweight. I’ve written to them but they haven’t responded.

Consumer Rebate program for 200 RDS of…

Consumer Rebate program for 200 RDS of of premium .45 Ammo. When trying to submit age information you can't just enter your age directly you must scroll backwards on a calendar forever, I am 66 years old it takes too long, so I went backwards about 25 years and called it good.
Then comes the nightmare of trying to snap the required photos Sig requires, their never good enough or clear enough.
My receipt was missing key info like the model and serial info, so I added them, but I keep getting snagged on the message photo is not clear enough or cannot read clearly and or missing key info!
It seems The third party vendor Sig is using AI to do the scanning and it is set to disqualify all entrants for the rebates. After at least ten submissions I still do not qualify for their rebate.
Seems like to me nobody will ever get their rebates.

I E-mailed Sig customer service explaining my problem haven't heard from them.
I am very happy with both of my Sig 1911's not Sig Rebate programs.

I bought a Beretta pistol last year had no problems with photographic quality using the same device, getting my 100.00 rebate was painless.
Sig seems disinterested in fixing this problem Shame on Sig

Terrible customer service

Well, let’s start right here. I have three P3 65s 2 9 mm and one in 380. I’ve had issues from the sites, not glowing brand new out of the box to guide rods. Failing my 380 has been a complete waste after putting 500 rounds through it with ignorance from customer service telling me I need to break it in and then they end up sending me a new guide rod. Now, when this happened it damaged my grip module because the spring jumped over the guide rod and the slide wouldn’t come off🧐The gun still don’t run right it’ll run fine with the 9 mm mags but the 380 mag has a failure to feed every two or three rounds. I explained to them that there’s gotta be a design flaw in that 380 mag or I have a bad one and they want me to send my firearm back in agin. Nope I’m cutting my loss I shouldn’t have to shoot 500 rounds and waste money then to be told by customer service that there’s nothing they can do for me other than have me send the gun back in. How about you? Send me a new mag because you guys are so cheap. I have thousands tied up with sick and I feel like their customer service is subpar of Smith & Wesson Ruger or Kimber hell Glock for that matter, I will not be buying any more sour products, especially after my experience with customer service, they haven’t done anything nice for me after all of these inconveniences and the fact that their product doesn’t work just my opinion. Keep that in mind when you purchase some companies are better with customer service and there for the customer than others. I’ll give an example I purchased a Smith & Wesson BG 2.0 bodyguard and they’re new to the market One of my magazines would not function properly and Smith said don’t worry about it. Here’s another mag that’s the kind of service I expect from a company that I invest thousands of my hard earned dollars in. It would take a lot for me to purchase another sig product down the road.

I had a malfunction with my Romeo Elite…

I had a malfunction with my Romeo Elite red dot sight. I called Sig Sauer and spoke with Bradshaw Smith and we talked about my issue and he told me that he could replace it with the Romeo Elite with the same but didn't advise it. He talked me into upgrading to the Romeo-X and boy what a difference. The Romeo-X is built better and and more durable. The battery location and power switch is easy to access. So happy with the upgrade and customer service. Bradshaw was so helpful that day and so patient throught the process of trying to run my card due to fraud alert but he stayed persistent and helped me through it all. Thank you Bradshaw for all your help and customer service. You made my customer service experience amazing. Thank you.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS MIA

I purchased a P322 and two 238’s One for my wife and one for myself for pocket , I’ve had problems with all of them . I’ve talked to customer service and Send in serial the numbers and I get no response back. It’s pretty sad that you can buy Multiple guns from the same manufacturer and none of them work!!
At the range: failure to extract failure feed, jams, etc. after Pudding 300 to 500 rounds through them thinking it was maybe just a break-in Problem still can’t get can’t get through a single magazine without multiple issues. There are lots of gun manufactures out there so I guess I will no longer buy SIG I’ll have to take these guns to a gunsmith so I can get them fixed and sell them. Thanks a lot SIG.☹️

Customer Service reviews

I've been dealing with Heath on quite a few matters regarding to my Sig Sauer firearms. He was very helpful in having Parts replaced and explaining things to me that I did not understand. Sig Sauer has gone above and beyond to prove my loyalty to them. I wish more companies would have the same customer service and values at sig sauer thank you very much. And he's if you see this you're the whole enchilada buddy thank you

Pathetic customer service

So I have been dealing with Dave Domin Sr. Customer Service Representative in replacing my Romeo Zero elite with a RomeoX red dot.

I returned the Romeo Zero elite on 12/29/23 and today is 01/12/24 all I have to show for all this is pathetic excuses on why I dont have the new red dot as promised, I did ask for a refund and I finally heard back it will take 10-14 days, and that was it, no apologies no explanations, nothing, *** pathetic. Holosun will be getting my business now.

Doesnt SIG read theses reviews? Looks like they dont care what a joke!

Poor customer service

Subject: Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Customer Service

Dear [Customer Service Department],

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from your company, specifically from Bradshaw, one of your customer service representatives, and the subsequent handling of my issue by his supervisor, Mike. I would like to provide a brief overview of the situation and the concerns I have.

I purchased an X macro from your company, and when attempting to remove the screws from the slide optic plate, I encountered difficulties. In my attempt to resolve the issue, I accidentally damaged the sleeves underneath. Upon contacting Bradshaw, he informed me that the slide could not be fixed and that I would need to purchase a new one at full price, without any discount offered.

Upon receiving the new slide and my old slide, I noticed several months later that my old slide was completely stripped. It became evident that your company had removed all the parts from my old slide and used them to assemble a new slide for sale, rather than providing me with a new slide outright. This discovery was both surprising and disappointing, as I had paid full price and expected a new slide without the use of my parts.

When discussing the issue of returning my parts with Bradshaw, he was reluctant and offered only cheaper sights and a striker, without providing the other necessary parts to complete the entire slide. Furthermore, Bradshaw displayed rude behavior by repeatedly interrupting me and dismissing my concerns. He even had the audacity to say that there would be no more freebies.

I escalated the matter to Mike, his supervisor. However, Mike brushed off my complaints about Bradshaw, dismissing them as a mere miscommunication. This response was deeply disappointing, as it seemed to disregard the unprofessional conduct I experienced and the mishandling of my parts.

As a loyal customer who has invested a significant amount of money in your products, I expected better treatment and service. I am particularly dismayed by the inappropriate behavior displayed by Bradshaw and the dismissive response from Mike.

One of my P 365 had a dead front night…

One of my P 365 had a dead front night sight. Contacted Heath at Sig and he set me up for a free return and repair. Great repair and they sent it back FedEx 2 day. Awesome job and awesome customer service.

Ammo & Mags

Super fast shipping, highly recommend the Sig sauer store. I've purchased ammo multiple times thru them when available with fast shipping.Ive also bought a 15rd mag for my p365 and im happy with it.So far so go.
