If you’re anxious about needles, avoid this place at all costs. I went to get a hepatitis A vaccine, the most important one for my trip, and clearly told the doctor that I am terrified of needles. She was extremely insensitive and rude.

She kept insisting I take two more vaccines, including one that I had already received, trying to scare me by saying it might have been too long ago. None of these additional vaccines were mandatory, I went there for the one I needed most, but she tried to sell the others using fear.

When I refused, she kept pushing with a horrible attitude, saying things like “I am just telling you because I am here to do my job” and “If something happens to you, you can’t come here and say I didn’t tell you.” She even resisted letting my friends come with me, which made me panic even more. I ended up leaving without getting any vaccine because the experience was unbearable.

After this, I went to the Frederiksberg center, and it was a completely different experience. The lady who helped me was so calm, kind, and professional, and made the vaccination process easy and stress-free.

Seriously, do not go to this first center if you are scared of needles, they do not care about your comfort, consent, or well-being.

I have marks after the bandage more than 3 weeks after the vaccination. Your bandage is unhealthy and that is not good.

I can’t comment on the injection itself, as administering vaccines should be basic mandatory training for nurses. However, each visit includes an extra 100 DKK “consultation fee” with no consultation provided at all. This feels unjustified and frankly like extortion. On the one occasion when we actually needed a consultation, the nurse was confused and had to call the main office for help — yet we were charged even more than 100 DKK for that poor service. Where I live it's the only option for private vaccinations, so I can't change company. Otherwise I'd have already gone somewhere else.

Jeg kan ikke kommentere selve injektionen, da vaccination bør være en grundlæggende og obligatorisk del af sygeplejerskers uddannelse. Ved hvert besøg opkræves der dog et ekstra “konsultationsgebyr” på 100 kr., uden at der reelt finder nogen konsultation sted. Det virker uberettiget og urimeligt. Den ene gang vi faktisk havde brug for en konsultation, var sygeplejersken usikker og måtte ringe til hovedkontoret for hjælp, og alligevel blev vi opkrævet mere end 100 kr. for denne mangelfulde service.

The team was exceptionally kind and even helped me reschedule my booking after I arrived an hour late. The delay was due to some confusion with the office address—the location is a bit tricky to find. Fortunately, everything worked out in the end thanks to their positive attitude and willingness to help.

I received the flu vaccine yesterday at the Randers unit. I was promptly attended at the scheduled time, with efficient and courteous service.

The service is good, quick with full information provided. you will receive good advice of what could be the best for you. very helpful staff. small office but that is all you need. Not two crowded, not too far from the city, easy to find location.
