When I received my order, I was more than elated.
I have been searching for a funnel collar track jacket for ages, also offerings from known brands but totally disappointed by the lack of availability, design and worst of all, stock, due to seasonal trends or prices.
Well the search yielded positive results when Siksilk was displayed.
Their quality, sometime, subtle detailing, stitching, fabric choice is exceptional, shame the market for streetwear is dominated/monopolised by the big brands, and these so called brands lack such quality too.
I ended up buying TWO FROM Siksilk, both track jackets had similar styling, different fabric, luxurious feel to them, this is streetwear at its smartest.
As mentioned before, branded streetwear after Siksilk, is lacking in many aspects: mass production, often poor fabric choice, inflated pricing and a total lack of style and choice. I have never, before this,written such a long review but SikSilk deserve the mention and obviously, the design of their streetwear. Why compromise and almost, pay top prices for branded wear, often emblazoned with their logo, which YOU, the consumer is inadvertently, advertising for free.
I'm not being offered any monetary compensation for this, just a very honest opinion.

Amazing clothes and the customer service is one of kind! Had a problem with my order and I spoke to Nadya who sorted it straight away without any hassle and got me a replacement sent out the next day.

So I placed an order with SikSilk for the first time and my Google auto fill entered my old address for shipping but my new address for billing. Meaning my order would go to my old house. This also happened with a sports retailer owned by Mike Ashley, they shall not be named. They refused to amend or cancel the order. However after reaching out to their customer services via email, Nadya replied within 2 hours and confirmed they had amended the address. Such a simple action has made this into a great experience. Well done Nadya and SikSilk, it's small things like this which will make me shop with you again.

very good customer service they solved the problem I had very quickly and very kind and efficient the person who attended me whose name is Nadya.

I ordered a tracksuit for my grandson, although it was really good quality and stunning to look at, it had a few marks on the top, I got in touch with SikSilk straight away they were brilliant and sent me another top out the same day. So pleased with there customer service so thank you Nadia for your help.

Paid for next day delivery which is 6.99 and got an email stating the order would be picked with 48hrs 🤨 emailed sik silk and got this reply- Your Order will be dispatched today for delivery tomorrow

We apologise for the error in the notification email you have received and have requested it be amended

Checked today and it hasn’t even been picked yet like why chat crap ! Why lie out your ass, do not trust sik silk with next day do not pay it just use normal or don’t even buy there product just pissing people about! And you phone there office one number doesn’t work and the other no one answers at all! Sort your company out and be a respectful honest business

An incorrect item arrived and I had a very prompt reply to my email and the situation was recitified very efficiently. I have been a customer of this company for a few years now, and they are great with making you feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend buying any SikSilk item directly from them rather than a third party.
