Worst online shopping experience! Stay away🙏🏼

Probably the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had! An agony with customer support who obviously didn’t know anything about the order status and I had to retell / rewrite the issue again and again. Until they found out that my order was not processed correctly. Received one parcel with one shirt in it after 4 weeks and as of today I am still waiting for the rest which siksilk continued to fool me that it was sent. 3 shirts are still missing, 2 on it’s way but no sign of it yet, then 1 got refunded today after waiting for so so so long. These shirts were supposed to be gifts if they arrived on time. Now still waiting for maybe 2 shirts, I don’t know or maybe a refund. Best offer for compensation, 20 % discount for next order. I may look desperate because my husband wanted this brand and really pushed to reprocess the order again, but NOT stupid to visit or order again from this online shop. I should have believed all the reviews here😔 my bad!

Nice items

Great to see some new items arriving on the app. I really do love this brand :-)
I wouldn’t say this is a negative note but the new TECH T-shirts are still very very tight Around the arms even the XXL. The top it self fits but the arm bands if that’s what you call them are like a small :-( I dont have fat arms lol but maybe make them fit Muscular men

Scam on Returns

Scam on Returns

When you use the order number to make a return it says it doesn't recognise it. I assume this is an attempt to make buyers give up and they keep the money. Had to open a claim to get the money back. Customer service non existent. I assume the business has no customer support and its just a few people selling out of a warehouse.

I made my order on the 19/12/2023 and…

I made my order on the 19/12/2023 and it was saying I’ll get it delivered on the 15/01/2024, it’s the 25/01/2024 and I’ve been contacting with siksilk customer service and they send me a screenshot of my order saying it’s in my country and near me but my tracking shows different, once I showed them my screenshot they stopped replying completely, they fake be careful they will scam you, I got scammed about $400 biggest scammers, cause then why are they so afraid to reply to my emails. I had to take legal action and sue them due to that. Stay safe out there not worth your money.

Fraud!

Fraud!! My package was never received they said it was likely stolen and they don’t cover that.. it was supposed to be sent to a post office.. unacceptable customer service

I send clothes back

I sent clothes back ( from august), because size was wrong, but still do not receive money back, just ignore from they side.
Next day after this complain I got my money back . ( 1. december)

Extremely poor quality control and…

Extremely poor quality control and sizing issues.

I tested a purchase of a tshirt size small and size extra large, the arm length stayed the same, the body length stayed the same, just the "fatness" of it increase. Like what the?!?!? This is the only company in the world who does not increase all dimensions of a product based off size.

I have recently ordered a large utility overshirt, arms to small, reordered and extra large, guess what? The arms are the same length.... no company in the world does this.

Not only that, when I did the format order of large overshirt, I ordered a grey amd black one. Both the same product, both large in size. Yet when tried on how in the hell is the black one smaller than they grey?!?!

Ever order I have ever placed with sik silk I have had issues with. I give up, as their product sizing has been crao for years. I won't be placing anymore orders again, I thought you might if sorted your products out after 3-4 years of ordering them

Crap sizing

Ordered the blue mens puffer jacket in XL and its so small it's unbelievable!!!! Please sort out your sizing as I would need 4xl to fit myself who has only ever been xl at the most!!!

Ordered a shirt and jeans

Ordered a shirt and jeans, got delivered on time 3 - 4 days standard delivery.

Quality is really good just what I was looking for. I couldn't find a winter shirt in colour, finish and materials that I like. This one from Siksilk was exactly what I wanted. Size is exactly perfect as in description.

Will order more stuff after finish posting this review.

Great customer support. Had forgotten to use my student discount before purchase. So I contacted customer support and they helped me out greatly by allowing me to change the order so I have my discount applied. Very happy!

Clothes are nice. Website is total rubbish. Always freezes and crashing. Plus it's rediculously slow. Will not be using siksilk.com. worst website I have tried to use. My device is OnePlus 10 with latest Google.
