I have ordered few thing from sim silk . I was going to send some of them back as not all of them are good size . So I started creating my return I released that the money that is going to be send it back to me is a bit low compared what o have paid , so I check how much they will send it back if I return everything and the total was showing over 10£ less then what I paid ?!? Delivery was for free so why I losining that money?! Also had to pay for sending stuff back. Im so upset with this Company now . Before never had problem with it before but I might just never realised that they taking money away from me .

Royal mail lost my package as I was returning a cloth order since it was large on me, contacted royal mail but for the scum they are they never replied back to me, contacted siksilk and explained my situation and recieved a refund from them. Thank you Gavin.
Terrible the second time around
First nearly £200 order last year was nice and smooth, and the clothing was brilliant but my order this year not so much.
Never received tracking information for a delivery that was supposed to be next day. When I finally did receive it, (from paypal) it was a week after it had been delivered, but not to me.
I had to go through paypal to dispute the order as they simply wouldn't respond to emails but in the end paypal sided with them as they had proof of delivery. Where and who it was delivered to I have no idea.
Shame as the cloths on my original order were very nice, but id never ever deal with them again. £120 down and nothing to show for it.
Awesome experience...

After emailing the responder to this review over a week ago, again i have been completely ignored. Going through the bank currently to get my money back.

Great style, very poor quality
I like the style, but the quality is horrible, as I had couple of bad experiences with siksilk:
1- one of the joggers literally breaks from the waist band, pockets, and cuffs every single time i wear it. I loved how it looked, but this isn't even quality of primark, and it was around 35 euros after sale.
2- I made another order recently (not too smart i know) and literally all the pieces have loose threads hanging, you can't pull them otherwise you would break the fabric, so basically if you want to kep anything you will have to fix it yourself. That's said, it is very expensive for that quality.
Great customer service
I've been a loyal customer for years now. On my recent purchased I had to do my first return. I was then faced with an issue of being unable to get my package returned to the nominated address. Messaged SikSilk via FB and the response was instant. They rook my order details and processed my refund straight away. Thank you SikSilk for a great cusromer service and valuing customer loyalty.

Orders arrived in reasonably quick time, Had to return one item as it didn't fit and the return process was easy. The quality of the Hoodie, T-shirts, Trousers and Caps I have ordered have been great. All round positive experience.

Excellent customer service from Siksilk to resolve my issue with a jacket. A quick resolution and replaced my jacket with a replacement. Thoroughly recommend Siksilk great clothing and excellent customer service they deserve to do well.
Poor customer service
First time I’ve ordered online from sikslik. I ordered on Monday 6th 6 items paid at checkout had an email saying please allow 48 hours for items to be packed and dispatched. Come Thursday still no email. Check on Friday and I have an email saying they packed my order and it’s been dispatched. So it’s taken them 4 days to pack the items. 3 hours after that email I have another one come through saying one of the items I’ve ordered is out of stock the main item I wanted. Maybe could have had that item if they packed the order when they said would. Now the delivery won’t be here till Monday a week later. I’ll stick to ordering from gym king much better delivery times.

I have been ordering for while now but to many headaches and this story was the last straw ordering anymore from siksilk all started when I made an order for 2 coats and paid extra for next day failed so contacted them and was told its dpd for some reason they have returned the parcel back so that said they refund the next delivery and re sent it 6 days later also get a message from dpd we received your order and will update you then the second order goes back to siksilk again say I have a fraudulent address how dare they I been in the same house for 25 years and had no problems with my address what an absolute poorly run business never again.

I started buying from siksilk and spending almost 4000$ per month for about 8 years now
But now i only spend 600$ per month because you were sending my orders to morocco and you used to support DDP
Now the problem is you can’t buy from siksilk (UK) because there’s no shipment To morocco or to any other country
Secondly siksilk (uk) has items that siksilk (eu) don’t
And siksilk (uk) has stock of items that siksilk (eu) don’t ( always sold out )
Finally isn’t shame when you see a client who spent several dollars for years doesn’t have his own discount !!!!

Do not buy from SikSilk! Order came as expected, but the return process was terrible, and left me with not ever wanting to order from them.
Returned ordered items in new condition with tags on well before the return deadline. I was provided with a return postage which I had to pay for ($19). SikSilk confirmed via email the items were returned to them and that I could expect my refund within 10 business days. To date, the company still has not refunded me. 2 months after they received their merchandise and with no credit returned to me, I am having to place a dispute with my credit card company.
Irantizu is the best resolving issues siksilk
Finally ! I got my refund back ..thanks to irantizu customer care who resolved the issue ..

I do like siksilk and have bought many items from them previously but today is making me think different! Why when I want to return 3 items back to them it’s charging me £2.50 per item to send back? However the delivery label says upto 20kg! Surely I can put them in one delivery bag? Basically sending stuff back and knocking £7.50 off my spend plus I paid for delivery when it was to be sent out! Maybe this isn’t the brand for me.

thought id try them out but reviews nearly put me off, but paid for next day and arrived on time and sent something back and they refunded within days. Only thing ill add is there quite large so next time i order i will do it a size smaller.

In December 2022, I bought 2 items one of one of which did not fit. When I tried to follow their procedure to return the second item, they would not answer my phone calls and emails. I am left with a jacket which is not suitable and £55 out of pocket.

Appalling Customer Service
Ordered a coat in two different sizes for my grandson for Christmas. Neither were any good. Returned the parcel on 3rd January and haven’t heard a thing. Having read the reviews, how I wish I had seen these before ordering!! Have tried ringing and was told the number wasn’t in use, tried speaking to the absolutely useless Bot, and I’m now very frustrated and concerned. SikSilk, you owe me nearly £100 and I need to hear from you. Don’t happily take customers’ money and then not pay it back as promptly.
