Seems to be a fake site. you can't even create and account currently and support ignores all emails

I tried signing up on Silagames.com and I can't get it to work this is a nightmare I tried verifying Captcha but still it gives me an error like this must be a joke I tried signing up nothing works I would not recommend Silagames.com because you can't buy games keys nothing this must be a joke I don't recommend Silagames.com worst website ever don't go to this website you can't buy nothing

To balance out some of the Recent Negative Review, let me just say:
I, just as a few others it seems, bought Borderlands GOTY and when I was presented with an 'Unknown Error' upon trying to get my game key I contacted customer support and was told that they had run out of keys for this particular game.
I decided to wait considering that I this was the lowest price for the game on any legal wesite, and the listing was taken down shortly after my purchase.
The cusomer service is friendly enough to work with, and I got my game after less than a week. I won't blame them for running out of the keys and being unable to take down the listing in time.
All in all, an absolutely fine expierence for a game I got cheaper than I could've anywhere else.

On Saturday, March 30th, 2019 - I purchased Borderlands: Game of the Year Edition through the Sila Games store via PayPal. The transaction went through without a problem, but when I went to get my Steam key, an unknown error occurred. Confused, I sent an email to their designated email address asking what was wrong. They proceeded to tell me that they ran out of keys for the game due to high purchase volume! Why would a website have something available to be purchased if they are aware that the product is out of stock?

I waited 3 days for them to give me my key, and I still have gotten nothing from them. I've successfully gotten a refund from them and have purchased the same game for the same price on another site with 100% no issues. Based on my experience, I will never be using this website again for any game purchases and would recommend to stay away from this site at all costs.

It's been 2 days since I bought Bordelands: Game of The Year Edition from this site.
I get an "Unknown error" whenever I try to view the CD key of the game.
No response from the support team, even though I emailed them *twice* about it.

I don't know if this is blatant theft, or the worst handling website in the world.

Got my game instantly and works. Would recommend 8/8 mate so take the bait.

Everything, but registration worked fine: Needed to contact support to verify my e-mail. One day later I received a friendly answer and it was all settled.
Then I bought a game, received it and installed. All fine! Hopefully this experience wont change in the future :)

i hhad bought a wrong code, and filed a ticket for a return to m yacount 3 days ago, and i have not yet received any replies. i want a reinbursement

Got a price alert on a game via cheapshark, seems they have added Sila Games to their list of trusted shops. My transactio nwith SilaStore was only for a purchase of this game.

I needed to create an accoun; the password length limitation is 20 characters for some reason, plus if there is an error in the registration form you need to refresh the page and fill it in again, because they want to re-captacha and don't trust you after having passed the robot test once, which is silly. The confirmation email arrived within seconds.

The payment via PayPal was flawless and I received my game right away. This purchase was intended as a gift, so I got the key under "my games" for it and sent that to my buddy.

All in all a good experience. Just hope I don't get lots of spam now!

From what I researched it's a trust worthy company, bought a game, no issues at all through PayPal

Thanks to this site I saved dozens of euros and never had an issue when activating my keys. The support is very helpful and friendly. The website itself looks very nice and clean and has many useful features.
Edit: Seems like the website is undergoing some changes. I will update my review once they get back up.

Bought a game and displayed "Error" when trying to get the link for the download. Pretty unexpected but disappointed nontheless

Quick and easy purchasing, got my product key instantly. They use Stripe for payment so extremely secure as well. Just wish they listed countries that keys activated in to prevent confusion with their ToS.

I received a working Steam key. That's really all I care about. So no need to see if their customer service was good, which is an ignorance I prefer.
