I bought a set of Silberthal non-stick pans expecting quality and durability, but all three have turned out to be a major disappointment. Despite careful use — never overheating, always using wooden or silicone utensils, and gentle handwashing — they began burning food after only a few months.
Once the food sticks, it’s impossible to remove the residue completely, even with soaking and non-abrasive cleaning. The surface now has permanent marks, and the so-called “non-stick” coating seems useless.
For a brand that markets itself as premium cookware, the performance is far below expectations. I would not recommend these pans to anyone looking for reliable, long-lasting non-stick cookware.
