They made the process super easy

They made the process super easy. I have been through many transfers, e-file and paper, and this was the easiest by far. Hopefully someday mgs and sbrs can be done this way.

Simple Process

buying from silencer Central was just…Easy

buying from silencer Central was just as easy as following directions in school, if you make a mistake, they catch it before its turned in. commutation is top notch by means of email and they paid for the tax stamps. I will buy from again.

Fast and Easy

Fast and easy they do everything for you all
You have to do is pay and answer a few questions and it’s that simple, if you have purchased a suppressor from them before then the process is super fast my last two purchases were approved in 48 hours.

Misleading

As a first-time customer, my experience with Silencer Central has been extremely disappointing. The salesman upsold me on a high-priced suppressor by emphasizing “free promotions,” but failed to disclose that the purchase would not be eligible when using my voucher. That crucial detail was conveniently left out until after my credit card had already been charged.

What makes this worse is their absurd cancellation policy. Despite no paperwork being filed, no serial numbers assigned, and no ATF process started, they still insist on charging a $200 cancellation fee—for essentially doing nothing beyond processing a payment. When I contacted customer service to explain the situation and express my dissatisfaction, they were completely unwilling to compromise or offer any reasonable solution. There was no accountability for the misleading sales tactics, just rigid policy enforcement.

For a company operating in a highly regulated and expensive market, transparency and customer service should be a priority. Unfortunately, Silencer Central showed neither. I would strongly caution anyone—especially first-time buyers— from shopping with Silencer Central.

3rd suppressor 2nd from silencer central

This is my 3rd suppressor and 2nd from silencer central. I’m close to the 2nd one being shipped to me …i bought the first one from one of their competitors . Silencer central is the only way to go in my honest opinion. They make the complicated process easy for the buyer and without the grief i experienced with their competitor. after buying the first suppressor for rimfires i wouldn’t be without a suppressor by choice now . I intend to have at least 4 more & they will absolutely be purchased from silencer central . They’re great folks very patient and knowledgeable always available when i have questions I wish i had called them before buying the first one bc Im positive they would of steered me to a better deal buying a rimfire suppressor for my purpose’s which is what Im in the final process of getting…Im extremely happy with the Buck 30 I purchased from them 2 months ago I was shooting on my private steel range with my 300 blackout and full power loads today my range is 75 yards from the house in the past my wife grumbled when I shot lots of rounds today i asked if shooting 50 rounds bothered her she said she didn’t hear me shoot !!! Impressive

Never again!

I took a partial day off of work so I could sign for my suppressor and it never arrived. What an absolute waste of time!

This is my first suppressor purchase

This is my first suppressor purchase. This experience was great with Silencer Central. The eforms were not complicated. The only wait I had as far as paperwork was the finger print cards.
