Form 4 issues!!!
There’s an issue with gemtech suppressor form 4 information. The forms indicate smith & Wesson as the manufacturer, but the suppressor is etched with gemtech. Yes, S&W owns gemtech, however form 4 should indicate gemtech as the manufacturer. The FFL I used contacted ATF and they indicated this is a manufacturer issue. It needs to be corrected (by S&W) as it has delayed the form 4 submission by weeks while the FFL sorted out the issue with ATF. Also any recipient of a suppressor with this discrepancy is at risk on noncompliance with the ATF!
