Excellent delivery and pick up of equipment organised by silent Disco. The hen party we hired these for thoroughly enjoyed the event.
Customer service was amazing - Andy at Silent Disco was very helpful and accommodating in adjusting our booking which got moved three times due to covid restrictions

Delivery and collection straight forward. The equipment well suited and easy to use. Definitely recommend this company and will use again.

Everything about the night itself and the way the headphones came was amazing and well organised! We had the best time and the kit was excellent and sent in a really clear way.

However I just felt customer service came up a bit short. They are very blunt over emails and while I was requesting quotes and expressed an interest in booking, responses would come within 10 minutes. As soon as I booked it and parted with my money, it could be a day before i heard from them.

I had to chase for reciepts and chase for my deposit to be returned which was slightly frustrating.

All in all though, a really fun concept!

I thought hiring 15 headphones from silent disco kings would be fun but it far surpassed my expectations. So good to have 3 channels to choose from and everyone at our 30th Garden party had an absolute blast.
Booking, paying, delivery and setup were all super easy.
I thoroughly recommend them. And will most likely now book for my wedding too for when then band finish!

Fabulous service from the team. Products easy to use and lots of fun. Used for an event for adults with learning disabilities so it was perfect that everyone could have the music at their own preferred volume

We hired Silent Disco Direct for our party, which we held outside in accordance with Covid restrictions.
We were really impressed by the quality of the sound though the headphones and the range of the transmitters. This meant people could dance while maintaining social distance guidelines and, having two channels, was great fun.
Everybody loved the silent disco and it made our party a great success. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic experience.. Silent Disco were hugely helpful to a complete non tech person like me.. headphones/transmitters etc all very easy to use and worked brilliantly. My daughter never wants a normal disco again.. can't recommend highly enough..

This is excellent. It arrived one day earlier than expected to give us extra time to set up. The set up though was simple with clear instructions that anyone could follow. Equipment worked a dream and really, the sound you get is pretty damn good. Excellent professional service with good quality equipment. Also the range on these things is great, well over 30 metres with no sound degradation at all. We didn’t try further as it completely suited our needs. Well impressed and will do again for certain.

What an amazing company! The team were very helpful when replying to emails and answered any questions I had. The quality of the headphones were amazing and very straightforward to set up which is such an important factor. It really did make our evening complete and would definitely recommend to any party looking for something different! Everyone loved it! It was the highlight of the party.

Two channel option (with different colour LEDs lighting up depending on which one you're listening to) is a must IMO.

used these guys for our holiday club disco as children where in different rooms due to covid 19 restriction.
they came cleaned and and with instructions for use which was very easy to follow. service was great thanks to Andy price was very good too. both children and staff enjoyed the party and we will definitely be using them next event.
