I did a course with silent night nannies and while the course was good the teacher was not very kind and caring. I do have experience and all other documents including experience. The company owe me money for course that I've never done and they refuse to pay. I was told by the company that the courses no longer exist so please don't pay for them. I tried for over 6 months to get my money back and they blocked my calls and I've never heard back by email. Daisy was lovely and very professional and while most of the dealings I had weren't with her. I've never heard back from her. Train and get jobs with another company, it'll save you from a headache and you'll get a job!

We are very happy to do a review for Silentnight Private Staff as they have been exceptional to work with. They are incredibly professional with excellent communication, they have a high calibre of staff and really take the time to listen to your requirements and so only sent a select selection of which were all highly suitable candidates (we found other agencies seemed to send as many candidates as possible, most not matching our requirements and so a complete waste of my time) We are so delighted with the one that we have hired, thank you again Silentnight team!

Silentnight Private Staff are simply brilliant, we have been working with them for many years, I wouldn’t ever go to another agency and recommend them to all my friends and family. I have three children and over the past 6 years they have sent me the most wonderful maternity nurses and night nannies that got us through the early years and now more recently have helped us to find our amazing nanny / housekeeper who we all adore.

Sent off for a few jobs they are advertising and haven't heard a thing back from them. I am qualified, hold a DBS, First Aid certificate and have excellent references so I know I am applying for jobs ŵith the right credentials. Always amazes me when agencies can't be bothered to even let nannies know they aren't suitable for them or the job, even when you meet their requirements.

Started off great but had a few weird/red flag incidents with our nanny. Daisy and her team were great at offering replacements and lots of trials but the quality of nannies weren't strong. We asked for our Permanent Nanny cost to be converted to a Temporary Nanny cost since our nanny was with us for less than 6 months but they refused which left us in a very difficult situation. The fee we paid was for super high quality nannies which is just not what we experienced.

Silent night is a horrible agency. I paid the money for the training but they never delivered the course and refuse to return the money back. I went to the office in 179 Portland Street in London and it is a fake address and only virtually operate there. I call Daisy everyday and she never answers me. No credibility at all. They bully me because I am a foreigner. Very disappointing agency. Never encountered an agency like that in my life.

Daisy and her team of staff are absolutely fantastic! They know exactly how to find the right staff for individual families.
