Like all other reviews I was also scammed of my money. Placed an order February 12 and to date I haven't received anything. Initially they went back and forth with me via email assuring the issue would be addressed but that stopped too. However I do still get the "rate your items" emails which I've asked them not to send either. I thought I was supporting but turns out I was being played.
This company sent me the wrong size and I emailed them about it. They replied and requested I send proof with help for the process. I sent a picture of the tag displaying a size medium when I ordered a Large. After submitting proof there was still no resolve. Just a whole bunch of back and forth with no intentions of rectifying the matter. Clearly they weren't trying to help fix the mix up. Currently disputing the charge with my financial institution.
I never received my items. I am beyond frustrated. I purchased my items on January 15th and have yet to receive them. I reached out and was told that the delay was due to the holidays.The holidays have been over so that is not true. It is not a month later and still no product. I needed the clothes for my vacation that's now over and am now having to work with USPS to attempt to get a refund. Never again.
Unprofessional, unethical, and scammers. Never shop here or support this brand. They will steal from you and not provide you any product. AVOID THIS BRAND
Absolutely terrible! I ordered 2 items and paid for express shipping with the expectation of getting my order in 1-3 business days. I placed an order on January 28th and my order still
has not been shipped out !!! I’m furious as I ordered the outfits for 2 different events. I contacted customer service about the issue and they said they are experiencing a delay in shipment due to the holidays… if that is the case they should notify people on their site. There was no notice that shipment would be delayed for any reason. And I requested that I should at least be refunded for express shipping, and they refuse. I will never order from this site again.

Ordered my package on 10/11 it was never processed wrote them yesterday asking why my order hasn’t been shipped they apologized and said there was an unforeseen delay. I informed them the item purchased was for a trip and ask can they expedite the package since there wasn’t a error on accepting the payment.. they basically dismissed my request after delaying the processing of the order which caused the package to be shipped later and arriving after I leave for my trip. Nice looking clothes customer service and integrity is trash, I will never order from here again.
I ordered my shipment September 12 and i haven't received it yet. I emailed this company 3 times. I heard back once. I explained to them in the first email i need my order for my anniversary trip to Mexico in October. The dresses i order was out of stock. I requested store credit for one and ask for another size in the other one. I haven't heard anything from the online store. I will never order from here again.
I came across this company on Instagram and the website seemed legit so I went ahead and ordered something. I wish I would have checked the reviews here first... I placed an order at the end of July and noticed that my order was still processing after a week. I then reached out to the seller with my concerns and was told that my order processing would be expedited but that additional days would be needed (which made no sense). Fast forward, it's been almost a month since I placed my order and it's still "processing." Luckily, I paid with Affirm and was able to file a successful dispute. I see that other customers either never received their clothes or what they received was poor quality, so ladies beware!
Very unethical practices with this company. I’m so very disappointed.

I shouldn’t even give one star. Their customer service is TERRIBLE, they do not care about maintaining clientele at all. Matter of fact they like to argue! Brought my birthday dress from them and just wanted an exchange for a bigger size and they denied it. The fabric of the dress I ordered was cheap and just want giving the same as the picture online
Although the styles online look promising and wish this person much success with future IMPROVED products I had problems. When I received my purchase the seams or stitching of the dress were coming undone and the zipper didn’t work. I asked for an exchange/refund and was denied because of the exchange policy which stated no refunds for discounted things. Ok fine. I then realized when checking out they automatically add a discount without your consent. This is a problem. Be transparent!
This company has scamed me out of money. I placed two orders and paid two separate shipping. The company combined the order , and never sent both items. I contacted them after realizing after speaking with fedex and the company responding stating they would check their "cameras" in their production area to see what happened. They have yet to respond and its been over two weeks. I did not receive the item nor my money back. Buyer Beware!
