I needed an odd size diameter pipe

I needed an odd size diameter pipe, been everywhere but no success. Came across Auto Silicone Hoses website, upon searching it came apparent that's it's has vast range of sizes and quality of pipes for every project. Had to visit trade counter where i was served by Lee who found right size and fit pipe for my project.
Thanks to Lee and Auto Silicone Hoses.

When my order arrived there was 1 part…

When my order arrived there was 1 part that i hadn't ordered, it arriver half size. But the main issue is the 100mm hose with a copper wire running through it had started to corrode due to moisture before being incased in the clear plastic, shorting its lifespan. Mr.
Parker doesn't want to honor their returns policy and has refused to send me a returns label, he is aware that I require more ducting and connections, but doesn't want the business. It's a shame he's not passed on my emails in my attempt to resolve this. I will now instruct my bank to claw back the money paid, and look elsewhere for my ducting
And again you treat your customers as they are stupid I kept the link open for the gator as I wanted to confirm the size between 5in and 125mm.

Thank you for your feedback. We’ve looked into your order and can confirm that the items you received match what was selected at checkout. Unfortunately, the part in question was not sent in error, it was ordered incorrectly on the website.

Regarding the hose, all of our stock is inspected before dispatch and is sealed in protective packaging. The copper reinforcement wire is designed for durability and will not impact performance when used as intended.

We always want our customers to feel confident when ordering, and we encourage checking the product specifications carefully before purchase to ensure the correct item is chosen. While we’re unable to provide a free return label in cases of customer order error, returns can still be arranged by sending the item back to us.

If you still require additional ducting or connectors, we’d be happy to assist in ensuring the right sizes are selected for your application. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch so we can help.
