My last order went as bad as it can…

My last order went as bad as it can gets. 5 out of 10 scarves I couldn’t sell because of small white spots and threads that popped out of the fabric.
I was very flexible and send only 3 scarves back out of the 5 and used the 2 others as samples for my self.

I have to say. They have a really bad service and return policy. As a small business I will not recommend them as a company.
5 scarves out of 10 on my last order I can’t use, it is to much. (It’s out of there hands, they respond).

Instead of emailing back and responding for a month. They could have made 3 new scarves and have a happy customer. I know what I would choose.

To put my feelings into words, this company is a very arrogant company that doesn’t want to find a solution that works. Only covering there words by saying it’s out of there hands.

So if you are looking for a supplier, where you can except spots and threads popping out.

Then here it is!
