I stand Los Angeles California literally 10 minutes from the fashion district I've gotten many of patches done in a 3 years that I've worked in the fashion industry. This company literally got me fired from a designer I was working for! They sent me pictures of a completed patch that didn't match the patches they actually sent me. Then when I try to get a refund they wouldn't give me a refund and said that they would redo the patches in better quality. They sent the same patches and the same bad quality. I literally had to go through PayPal to get a refund for the company I was working for. They stop answering their phone their emails. Then a couple of weeks later tried to contact me from another email and asked me if I wanted work done. I would never order something from silk again! They use the fact that they're in Pakistan as an excuse for so many different problems. The quality a material that they use is extremely cheap and their customer service is even worse!

Tried to get this done but I got alot of excuses from other companies. They were able to get everything together quick and the patches came out amazing!!

I wanna say I received the best service for my purchase, quick shipping, great condition, great quality, and on time!!!! I would advise others to stick with this company after seeing myself they're great work ethics!!!

Sometimes I need to revise something about the design and have requested the PFX files as well as the DST files. The files that I receive can't easily be resized or revised in any way.

Have been doing a great job for us for several years now. Job gets back under 24 hrs and edits are taken care of right away.
