I purchased 3 Silke Wrap Bras because I fell for the advertising. They looked like what I was looking for. What a mistake.  When ordering I used their sizing chart to find the right fit.  They were horrible.  They provided  no support at all.  The straps were so loose and sagging.  The side of my breasts were coming out of the bra.  Everything was just bouncing around with absolutely no support.   I was so disappointed in these bras.  I would be better off with sports bras than these.  I see that they need to be unopened to return them but how could I try them on if I did not open them.  I ordered 2X per your chart and the fit was terrible.  I don't think a smaller size would work, I think these are very poor quality bras, both the material and the design and those pieces of triangle foam in the cups are senseless.  The foam pieces move all over the place, do not improve on the design and fall out.  Your ad is very misleading.  When I contacted the company, the at first offered a 20% refund not including the shipping I paid. After much back and forth, I finally accepted a 40% refund just to be done with it and chalk it up to experience. Will not purchase from ads like that again, going for a company that backs their products. DO NOT BUY THESE BRAs.

Zero stars. A total scam. 3 bras ordered 3 months ago and refuse to refund. Blaming delay on the virus even though post office say there is no such delay, disgusting using this time as a excuse for bad business practice. Steer clear

I placed my order on April 30th and have yet to receive it or my money back after SEVERAL email attempts. Don’t waste your money or time with this company. This is a scam!

I think all the other reviews here reflect the overall issue with this company. I ordered 2 bras back in mid March. The order arrived 2 months later after several emails chasing the company. The quality was poor (made in China which was not reflected on the website), but given the price understandable, I guess.

However, one of the bras was so defective (a permanent ridge in the cup which was visible even through clothes) that I could not wear it. I sent them a photo and at first was promised a replacement which never arrived.

I kept chasing but the only email i got back after that first acknowledgement would only say that my order had been delivered, ignoring the very blatant email trail with the photo of the defective product and the promise of a replacement. A good case of selective blindness.

Lesson learnt. Ignore you-tube advertising. :)

Like others here, it took weeks for my order to arrive. Bras are uncomfortable, and cup inserts move around. Definitely not impressed.

This company is a scam...
I ordered a product and used their sizing chart. When it arrived it was too small. They told me I had to send it back to CHINA at my expense. Which is more than I even paid for the item and shipping in the first place. The other option was I could keep the item(that didn't fit) and they would give me a 30% refund. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS. COMPANY

I finally received but sizing is small, disappointed but not worth refunding, even if possible

If I could give less I would- absolute scam - paid for 2 bras in April & haven't seen anything- same as others the emails say its on it's way but I can see from the tracker its still in China!! & they can't refund as its on its way - NOT. Stay clear AVOID

I ordered two things back in May, and I have yet to receive them. I keep getting promised by the lady emailing me that my product is on the way, but now their website has been taken down, and I can't even track my order through the tracking site they used. I asked for a refund, and I was told I can't be refunded until I receive my order. When looking at all of their reviews on Facebook, I saw that no one who has actually gotten their order has been able to get a refund.

After waiting over 3 months, they claim my purchase was delivered but it was not. When contacting them, they refused to either send a replacement or reimburse me even thou it was insured.

All I know is this is another scam they seem to be one of Instagram's main advertisers. So don't order things you see on Instagrams site. Ordered over a month ago at least 6 weeks. And it is coming from China. So I will not get my money back and I will not see the product. What a scam!

I wish I could rate less than 1 star. So far it seems that this company has scammed me too. I haven't received any items, I would actually be ok with cheaply made bras at this point. Even when I go into my emails and click the links the website is gone. How can they get away with this?!

Like so many other reviewers I too was scammed. I was browsing their site and added things to the shopping cart without purchasing, only to have my card charged anyway for nearly $40. I did receive a bra and shaping panty but I never ordered them and like many have said, they aren't high quality, let alone even mediocre for the prices. I immediately contacted and requested refund, have done so 4 times now worth zero response. Now 2 months later, their website no longer exists. Scam? Fraud? Definitely. Stay away!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NEVER GIVE YOU A PRODUCT

I wish there was a lower score than 1 star. I too was scammed by Silke Studios. I waited 10 weeks for the bras to arrive from China. Absolutely cheapest material and construction. Offers NO support whatsoever. Threw them in trash last night.

Zero stars! Absolutely dreadful product. Wouldn't refund even though I returned the terrible bras, apparently they couldn't find my return package after I paid to ship it to China! Don't don't don't ever buy from them!

This company is so awful. I am large chested and thought I would try something different. I ordered the bra back in April and I was giving it a little time due to COVID. However, when I checked the tracking number in June. It stated that the package cleared US customs in May. So I started to send emails inquiring where my package is. They sent emails stating that the package is in route. Than I sent the reviews from other clients telling how awful the company is and asked why my story is just like everyone else and now you can't access the website. They stated the website is "under construction" and they are sure my package is in route. Well when I checked the tracking number today (July 12th) in the USPS system....it states that it doesn't exist. I am going to try and refuse the package if it ever gets here but I doubt it ever will.

They are not well made. They do not offer a reasonable return or refund policy - so it is a waste of money. If you have ordered best thing to do is refuse the parcel.

I just received your front crossover bra and am very disappointed in it. It doesn’t support me whatsoever as promised and I truly expected it to. I will not purchase anything else from you.

I thought these were beautiful and would make great tshirt bras. They run SO small they should come with a warning. I am a 40B, so i ordered XL. They fit, until I try to wrap them. Oh hail no, they don't go. I am so disappointed. I might just cut the wraps off and use under sweat shirts.
