Everything was ok until the point of returning and refunding. I returned two items from separate orders about 6-8 weeks ago and did not receive my refunds. Luckily it's all tracked via logging into my account as I wouldn't know where to find my tracking receipt.
To be fair, they were easy to contact and replied quickly, then refunded quickly. One misses refund I could get over, but not two. Feels pretty dodgy.

I am due 3 refunds and it’s taking forever, I had to message them, then received an email that the refunds had been processed but they have not been received at my bank. Went on their chat and am told it could take another 5 days depending on my bank. However my bank tells me it is the sender of the refund that is holding the release of the funds and they are still only in pending. Trying to get out of refunding initially and then delaying it as much as possible. Also deduct postage amounts for 3 items separately even though they are all from the same order and in same bag.

Used to order regularly from this company but this is the last time I shall do so. Returns received 24th August. It’s now 16th September- outside of their so called 14 working day refund timescales. Tried chatbot and that’s next to useless. Avoid!
UPDATE: Reply from Silk Fred says refund now issued. I’ve had no email confirmation of this and my card hasn’t been credited so currently taking this with a pinch of salt.

This is my second time and last time using SilkFred. Customer service were very unhelpful, I was sent the wrong tracking number for one parcel and they did not help at all. The website did not make it clear that my order would be send in 5 separate parcels and that you have to pay the return postage for each parcel. If I had known this from the start, I wouldn’t have ordered from them. You also have to have a printer for the returns which is very inconvenient. The clothes themselves vary in quality and sizing and it took weeks for the refunds to be processed. I won’t be using them again

returned 2 items 4 weeks ago and i am still waiting on a full refund , i gave messaged today and someone is supposed to be getting in touch with me in the next 24 hours , very disappointed with the service. Will amend my review when i hear something.

All the items online look really nice, what I received doesn’t match the quality as advertised.
Returns process and wait times are archaic and appalling. Silkfred deal with many brands so if your items are from multiple brands you have to return them individually and get charged for each item. From confirmation of Silkfred receiving my returns I waited 15 working days and still no refund. I contacted customer service who said my refund has now been processed. It’s like they wait for you to contact them before refunding in the hope that you will forget it would seem. Such a poor refund service I won’t be using Silkfred again. Other companies issue your refund as soon as evri collect your package, they really need to do better.

Quality and fit were good .. having to return one item was long and inconvenient unless you opt for store credit. The refund took an unnecessarily long time. I most probably wont order again because of this.
