I’ve been shopping with silkfred for quite a few years now, they have a good range of clothes and their customer service is second to none. Always helpful and friendly with anything you ask. I often ask advice on Facebook messenger and they’re very quick to respond

Slowest returns process I have ever experienced. Posted 8/8 you say it can take 12 days to arrive? Then another 10 working days to refund. Still waiting. Shein is so quick. Stop dragging it out and sitting on peoples money

Item not delivered and no email to say it’s ever been dispatched. Received email yesterday asking me how they had done. This prompted me to look at my log in as had still not received dispatch email after 4 weeks. Login says it’s been delivered! Policy states I need to complete form
Within 28 days of dispatch if items not received. I wasn’t notified of any dispatch so could not have done this. It’s impossible trying to make contact with you as email returns undeliverable. Chat is automated and I can only pick certain options. This is starting to look like a scam. Where is my order?

I bought 4 items. I didn't like quality, or it was too big, and I had to return 3 items. Returned it promptly after receiving. Was waiting for refund ages. Until I decided to email them. Got a refund same day, but they charged me £10 for return, for each item. So you pay for delivery and for each item you returned. Most ridiculous shopping experience.

Silkfred confirmed receipt of my return on 30th July, they advise 14 working days for returns but I am still waiting. Unfortunatley puts me off using them again as other online shops have been quick to refund once items received.

When someone orders 4 items (same order no.)and they all arrive in different packages so when you need to return all 4 parcels you have to pay individual shipping charges on each parcel and you have also paid a delivery charge to receive them . It’s disgraceful and will never use this company again.

Although I've not bought a lot from Silk Fred, I can only express my complete satisfaction with the goods. The size, design and quality are superb. My only disappointment is that there are not a good selection of petite options, nevertheless I will still buy my beautiful clothes from yourselves

The choice of products is really good but the returns policy and delivery charges are what let them down. I received my order in drips and drabs as they had come from different companies then had to return them back in the same way being charged delivery on each parcel that was returned. This has put me off ordering from them again.

The website offers a great range of products from a number of brands but unfortunately their delivery costs and returns policy really let's them down and I will think twice about ordering from them again.
I returned something on 31st July which I had confirmation had been received on 6th August so nearly 3 weeks ago. I appreciate that it states on their website to allow 14 working days for a full refund but I just find this simply unacceptable. There are other companies, of a more discount kind, where you receive a refund with 48 hours. I feel it's really unfair that as customers we have to pay so much for delivery and then wait so long for a refund. Sort this out Silk Fred! You'll lose customers.
