No Product and Company would not issue as refund despite six months passing!
I have previously ordered quite a few things from Ailk Maison. A cashmere coat, two pairs of silk pajamas, a blows, a wool jacket and eye masks. That all went smoothly. The quality was also great.
I then placed another order in February . The item did not arrive. I chased up with company constantly. They had lots of excuses and did not supply the item.
I then asked for a refund. This again went on for months with lots of excuses and promises .And still no refund.
In exasperation I notified them that I would be contacting my credit card company. They asked me not to do that and they would issue a refund. This did not happen and again I followed up.
Finally six months later I contacted my bank who took over in managing this nightmare and immediately gave me a full refund.
The whole thing was outrageous.

This is beyond unprofessional, and I’ll never order from here again. They should be thoroughly ashamed.
Order Never Arrived - Company is a Scam
I ordered 5 silk dresses in July for a wedding set for September. Immediately upon ordering I noticed they did not send me an email confirmation. Thankfully, I screenshotted the initial receipt confirmation and it does show a list of my items and my email listed correctly. I assumed they were just unorganized with emails so I waited for delivery.
Two weeks went by without a package or contact from Silk Maison. I sent an email to their support email listed on their website for a status check up however, the email was undeliverable. They had no other form of contact and I confirmed the email was correctly typed in from their website.
I waited another 4 weeks to ensure that they were not going to deliver before I decided to open a dispute with my bank. When reviewing my bank statements I noticed that they charged me for not only my order but also a separate charge in the amount of $8.64 for international assessment fee. This fee was not listed on my screenshotted confirmation receipt and I was never informed when ordering that this was an added fee.
As of now, my bank has all the details and I will be disputing both charges. All signs point to this company being a scam. I suggest shopping with a more reputable website for your goods.

Absolute SCAM
Order an item that ended up being out of stock. They told me they would refund me but never did. I ordered a second item, that arrived dirty. After contacting them, I was told to send the item back to get reimbursed. After I sent the item back (at my pwn expenses), they stopped responding to any of my emails. I never got reimbursed. All this happened in the span of 7 months. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE

An item never arrived, they did not reply or reimbursed me.
I bought a couple of items on the 20th January. As I didn't received any confirmation on the delivery of my package, I ask the assistance information. They did not reply. 2 items arrived, both good quality but one of them of a different color than the picture. The third one (69$) did not arrived. I sent an email the 12th February, and another the 28th February. Neither of the 3 emails to the consumer service receive an answer. They did not reimbursed me any money. I mention I'm considering legal actions.
Sent me the wrong size and had to pay to ship it back
I ordered an Extra Small coat and I received a size Medium. They told me I had to pay for the shipping to return it when they sent the wrong size? Awful experience and don't recommend. If it is your mistake I shouldn't be expected to pay additional costs for this. The actual product I was happy with, had it of been in my correct size

I think I've been scammed...
I think I've been scammed out of $379.46. I purchased the hooded wrap silk wool blend coat on November 27, 2023. On December 20, 2023, I was informed that the product is out of stock and that the refund has been processed but it will take several days go back to my credit card. I patiently waited. It is now January 11, 2024, and I have not received the refund or the coat that was paid for on Nov 27/23. My follow-ups on January 4, 9 and 11 (today), 2024, have gone unanswered.
It doesn't make sense how the funds are taken from my account immediately when they weren't even sure there were enough product in stock but taking their time or apparently refusing to refund me for a paid product I have not received to date. I do not recall making a donation. I expect to receive the refund without further delay. I am very concerned that silkmaison.com is not a legitimate online clothing store. Did I get robbed out of $379.46 of my hard earned money?

Here's how it went:
2020 - Excellent experience. Product as expected, was delivered in a timely fashion, in beautiful packaging.
2022 - Moderate experience. Product as expected, was delivered later in cheap packaging.
2023 - Bad experience. Ordered 10 days ago, no confirmation email, no tracking number, and emails I sent 4 days ago have gone unanswered.

My white dress took months to arrive. There is no estimated delivery time on their website, and it arrived weeks after my event.
Quality is shocking, and it arrived in a cheap plastic bag. Product was dirty, and fabric entirely see-through. Safe to say I won't be wearing the white dress anywhere.
It doesn't seem to be worth returning, as all reviews seem to indicate they do not honour these.
Do not purchase from Silk Maison. I wish I had read these reviews prior to purchasing this item.

Product was a completely different color than as advertised. When I returned it I never got my refund, it's been three month and they say my return is in the refund "queue" but have stopped responding to my Customer Service emails. Never buy from this company!
Don't trust Silk Maison
I've been back and forth with Silk Maison's so call "customer service" for more than 8 month since they promised me a full refund on my dress which was broken. Every time we enter a new month it seems like they have the same excuse saying the money is frozen at their bank account, and they cannot pay my refund back. And the last month they then decided not to reply anymore.

very disappointing
Ordered the slouchy wool/cashmere blend pullover on 13 June, in ivory. Which is pictured as a very just off white colour, so ivory and not cream. Received an email 7 days later on 21 June stating that my item had shipped. Finally. The tracking number linked to NOTHING except a message "this number can't be found at this moment. It's not available in the carrier's system yet" until 3 July, TWELVE DAYS later, when it finally showed up as actually being sent/tracked. It arrived today, 11 July, 4 weeks after I ordered it. And I was charged money for this ridiculous shipping experience!
For a $209 USD [+ shipping!] pullover, the item itself is only just okay-ish, some sort of wool. Arrived in a, clearly used, ziplock bag. It is definitely NOT ivory, it is a very yellowy cream colour, quite different to the picture on the website. It also has a dark grease/oil/dirt mark on the front, about the size of someone's large fingertip and that your eye is immediately drawn to, given the light colour of the pullover. Absolutely unacceptable!! So my advice would be....um, no. Steer clear of this company.
