I became an ambassador for Silk on Me and have been sent some beautiful pieces, well made, eye catching, but subtle. Unfortunately, not really my own personal style, however I will enjoy them :) Thank you, delivery was fab and kept up-to-date. They really are stunning items!

They do not mention any 6 month lock in contract, at first I was confused how they got my details but realised they use the Trojan horse of ‘free jewellery’ you just pay for shipping. With that shipping payment they then charge your card monthly. It’s actually criminal, I’m not sure how they get away with it

The jewelleries are made up of high quality and the design looks really unique and 100% matches the website pictures. 100% would buy again

As an ambassador, I received the most gorgeous gold necklace which I haven’t taken off! Have worn it in the shower and looks the exact same as it came. Absolutely love , and so recommend!

Ambassador scheme is a scam do not sign up! You will be signing up for a 6 months contract be aware. First month they took £4.99 then £12.99. Items are random too. I wrote a review for their website but doesn't show, will try again to write it. AVOID!

Absolutely disgusted with the experience I’ve received from this company.

The “Ambassador Scheme” they offer is a complete scam. They do not state that you’re signing up for a minimum of 6months and do not clarify that the amount you’ve originally paid would increase. I did not add any of my payment details onto their site but instead they managed to take it for my order via Apple Pay. They do not allow you to delete your payment details or cancel your membership ( when I did not agree it in the first place )

The jewellery I received was poorly made, not at all how it’s shown on the website. It looks very cheaply made which is a shame.

They also never respond to emails so they make it impossible to communicate.

I signed up to Silk on Me thinking it was a low-commitment subscription for £4.99, but the next month £12.99 was taken from my account with no clear warning. When I tried to cancel, I was told I was locked into a 6-month contract—something that was never made obvious when signing up. It feels deliberately misleading.

On top of that, the quality of the jewellery is really poor. It looks and feels cheap, and it seems like everyone receives the same mass-produced knock-offs—like they’re just offloading old clearance stock. Definitely not worth the price, and the whole model feels like it’s built to trap customers rather than deliver any real value.

Avoid.

SCAM. First box hasn't even arrived before the second payment was taken for the second box. I asked to stop subscription because the box didn't arrive, and was told it was for 6 months. The tracking number is bogus too, doesn't work and no-one gets back to you. Good luck getting the next 4 months money outta my account, you are BLOCKED

Do not fall for this scam they then lock you in for 6months and take the money out of your bank without you actually signing up for it. When you try message them it’s a generic reply and no actual help. Also the jewellery is not great quality you can find better in Primark.

I have been receiving items from Silk On Me for a few months now and what I love about them is that their items are high quality, look great on any skin tone, ate inexpensive compared to other companies. I in general am not a jewelry wearer but j have teenage daughters. So I recieve items wear them a couple of times to see how they make me feel and then give them to my teenage daughters who LOVE every item I've given them. 100% recommend Silk On Me to others.

I recently started using silk on me jewelry and it is so comfortable to wear and it doesn't tarnish like other gold plated jewelry I've bought.they are on the pricey side but they are most definitely worth it.

This is a scam - avoid!

Jewelry takes over a month to arrive (if it even turns up) and the quality is not as advertised - It is not stainless steel but cheap costume jewelry. One piece i received broke within 2 weeks of arriving. Furthermore customer service is appalling. Despite raising issue with the broken jewelry, it has been over a month and I have had no update or reimbursement despite their 12 month warranty guarantee.
