I'd like to see a warehouse in Australia as the
international postage costs is a bit expensive.

Very happy :)

Very nice packaging and product!

I was very excited to find a ''manual'' inside too, since it was my first time buying silk.

I could definitely tell the difference after wearing the silk bonnet for two days, and am very happy to have found a quality company :)

Wish I would have gotten this sooner

My silk bonnet seems to be great quality but I wish the band was a little narrower. My hair is in much better condition in the mornings after using this. I am mainly a side sleeper and the temple area of my hair line has been getting roughed up during sleeping. I’ve only had my bonnet a couple of weeks and am really looking forward to the long term benefit. I wish it would have came with instructions on the best way to put it on and get all my hair in it. It took me a bit of trial and error but I think I have worked out a good process now.

Warm and cosy

It was described as full-length. I am not tall, but the pyjama didn't reach my ankles. There is also no hole for men. But they feel very nice to wear. And are surprisingly warm somehow.

I do not recommend buying from this…

I do not recommend buying from this brand, the clothes are not outstanding quality, and the customer service is horrible not just that in case you are buying for the first time the sizes change a lot( I am talking about the same pants model different measurements for the same size). Not just that they will not exchange in case you need or accept a return.

This is my second purchase

This is my second purchase. Besides having affordable prices customer service could not be better. On a constructive note, I wouldn't have needed customer service if changing the delivery location was easier. I ordered both times as gifts to be sent to the receiver, not myself. My billing address is constantly used as delivery location, even when I do change it on the order. If the change would hold, then everything would be perfect.

Good material clumsy packaging and stiching,high price

The parcel with a silk blouse arrived later than expected. The blouse was folded into a small package, almost stuffed into the box, creating many creases. The blouse had to be hung out to smoothen the creases before trying it on. It is a beautiful colour, just the one I wanted. Unfortunately the stiching on the shoulder was clumsy and the proportions and shape for size 34 quite unusual. The alteration would have cost too much. The blouse was returned. The amount paid was returned promptly. The high price can be accepted due to the silk material but the end product was a bit disappointing.

Great Quality, Smooth Experience, and On-Time Delivery

I had a great experience with SilkSilky.
Their website is very easy to navigate, making the ordering process smooth and straightforward. The garment exceeded my expectations — the finishing is excellent, the material is exactly as described, it’s true to size, and the color is just as shown online.
I was initially concerned about the delivery after reading some reviews mentioning delays, but my order actually arrived on time without any issues.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the entire experience and would definitely order from them again.

Two items (a silk high waist tapered…

Two items (a silk high waist tapered pants and a silk cap sleeve cowl neck women's top) delivered on schedule. But two of them were packed in one of the small box. And other box was empty. They were squeezed together, looked like trash and terribly wrinkled. All my excitement turned to a very bad emotion. I have pictures to show.

Canadians beware!

I made a purchase for my wife. Due to her concerns over fit and quality, I contacted SilkSilky regarding a possible return. I learned that, despite purchasing from SilkSilky Canada, I would have to send the items to the US. This means:
1. Paying higher than necessary return fees
2. Having to pay duties given the complete removal of Section 321 de Minimis. This is because, when shipping from Canada to the US, it is necessary to claim the country of origin of the goods. The goods were made in China which results in me being required to pay duties when shipping from Canada to the US.
We’re now stuck as SilkSilky requires Canadians to ship to the US, even though this is not explicitly noted in their return policy on the Canadian site.

Poor Quality Item

Poor Quality Item. My husband bought me a pair of silk pjs for Christmas. I have only worn approximately 6 or 7 times. I have cared for them as per instructions and the fabric has disintegrated. They won't do a full exchange or refund and have offered a new pair of bottoms that do not even match the top that i have!
Absolutely shocking, especially at the cost of them!
