fantastic customer service, had a few issues when first starting out & Corey went out of his way to help us set up the hosting, discord server isn’t very active anymore and it seems like they’ve halved the services :/ wish they still did vps hosting.

Other than that, would 100% recommend this host to anyone thats UK based.

Have used these for a few months now and the uptime has been insane,100% uptime in the past few months which is really good. Support team is decent too part from it seems only a select few are active but doesn’t really matter aslong as you get support.

Would recommend these definitely.

My ticket response times were not the greatest when I had trouble with things the first day of purchasing my VPS, but the CEO apologized and helped me with what I needed help with. I'd recommend this host!

Honestly the best, cheap vps, 5 stars from me.

Great host by far, Using them for gmod and servers are very stable and cheap especially with unlimited stuff.

Staff are also very friendly and fast at replying.

I am very grateful to these guys, they've saved me maybe a couple hundred pounds (GBP) that I would've needed for a server to host my discord bot, instead they did a really decent thing and hosted it for free, I know it's not steam but +rep

My honest opinion, i honestly don't know why some people have gave some of the staff such bad times and hate, Silky has to be one of the most amazing hosting providers out there, all my friends that host with silky and even people we have recommended have all said its been better than their current hosts. Yeah they've gone through loads of changes and stuff but its finally using its own hardware & network and i would say they've redeemed themselves!
