Terrible won’t answer my email about a order when I emailed MULTIPLE TIMES 🤨 AND WONT ANSWER 😠. BUT WHEN I ASKED FOR A REFUND CAUSE I Never GOT MY ORDER I STILL Haven’t HAD A ANSWER TERRIBLE service 😡 better dispensary anyways Buyers don’t buy

But very fast to accept the money transfer

I won’t have choice to go ahead and proceed to get refunded after the end of the day if SIllysmoke fails to contact me again

Sillysmoke finally got in touch with me, mentioning a website error and then they really did offer a A1 customer service after that. Quick to respond, helpful and very kind.
Still a bit confused as to why it took almost 2 weeks to reach out to me after me trying to reach them numerous time but it all ended on a positive note! Thank you SIllysmoke, will give you another chance for sure

Very disappointed in customer service - ordered a bundle deal and was sent the wrong one. Day 5 and still no reply to email or voicemail. Obviously not interested in fixing the error or even acknowledging their mistake. Very unfortunate because it has been my favorite site to order.

I tried to order online and you never accepted my e transfer. So not a good experience at all. Won’t be coming back. Waiting too long for my order to be processed. Three days my order was in hold waiting for payment and the payment was sent and was waiting for you to accept it. I sent two reminders about my payment I called the number on your site and never got an answer. I also sent numerous emails and never got a reply. Work on making your site more user friendly.

I actually wrote one and sent it so I’m going to try and remember what I put lol. A very reliable company. Products are reasonably priced and delivery is so fast. I ordered on a Thursday and figured maybe Monday it would arrive but it was there Friday. I would recommend highly. No pun intended haha.

I was super excited for my order, however I did not get the flavour or high I was expecting out of anything that I ordered except the Stoner Patch Dummies - Cherry. I just went to try the Runts Rope and to my disappointment there is no “rope” the candies are just loosely in the package. Unfortunately I will not be ordering from you guys again.

Honestly great experience and product. The freebies were a lovely surprise and the quality has been 10/10 so far, in addition to being the best deal I've ever gotten online or otherwise!

Unfortunately almost a full half ounce of my order was pure leafy shake....not even buds...
Sometimes they can be really great. Sometimes not. It's a risk. It's cheap though. So there's definitely that.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. Atrocious and slow customer service. Closed half the time. The 'same day delivery' they claim is a joke. Good luck if you decide to buy from this place.

Gotta say im impressed ordered from outside ont.and took 5 days 2 were weekend days got the half lb deal happy with it i get high off each strain no complaints here
