Perfect Recommendation and Fast Service
I live in the United States and the Savmik company had the exact touchscreen part I needed to fix my girlfriend's embroidery machine. They were literally the only ones in the world that had this part. Actually, the part I needed was out of stock but the employee recommended a similar part that just had a slightly different color. Great recommendation! The part arrived within a few days from Italy and worked perfectly once installed. Great customer service!

The service provided is absolutely fantastic. If we want to order a part that is not in the list, SAVMIK, so far, is able to get and provide such part. Either is a low or high cost part. This is top notch costumer service. The delivery times are superb. The official Brother representative/ importer for Iberian Peninsula (Grupo FB maquinaria) has a whole world to learn with SAVMIK SRL. At least. SAVMIK SRL keep up the fantastic job!
