Received wrong item twice, no response from customer service

I have first ordered an LED profile for my bathroom. I have ordered it with bol.com, which is an official reseller of silumen products. The image displayed on the website did not correspond with the item i have received. Fortunately bol.com customer service is great and got me my money back. Because i was in a hurry, and did want to receive the correct product. I had ordered the LED profile on the website of Silumen. I again received the wrong LED profile, furthermore the delivery service just placed the profile outside in the rain. Nothing was damaged. Since then i tried contacting customer service. But since about 2-3 weeks they have not come up with a solution. After messaging at least 3 times that i see no other option then to leave a negative feedback. I am very unsatisfied with how customer service deals with aftersales issues. It can happen that the wrong profile gets send, even twice. But just come up with a solution and don't leave radio silence for at least 2-3 weeks.
