I placed an order for a pair of earrings whilst i was on holiday and i accidently selected to collect from store when i wanted the earrings to be delivered to my home address. I messaged to explain my mistake and i received a reply almost immediately to say not to worry and that they would post the earrings to my home address . They also delayed posting until the day before i returned from my hols .. Thank you Emma from Brighton store .

Amazing service. I accidentally ordered my earrings to be collected at the store, one quick email to Silverado asking for it to be changed to my home garnered a super quick response, 'no worries at all' and the earrings arrived at home in the next couple of days - no charge for postage. Lovely earrings too - beautiful quality. Very happy!
