We also emailed the tracking reference to you on that day at 12.55pm Please check your filters to see if it went into spam folder etc . If you do not wish to have these and wish to return with your order , we will refund the complete order once all items have been returned as supplied .

We also sent free gifts with your order and the retail value was higher than the item we refunded to you, as a gesture of good will . (this was done before you left your review or allowed us to reply to your email )
Due to the current situation regarding delivery from our manufacturers with reference to the global pandemic we do have some low stock lines and the volume of products moving out of our facility we sometimes have orders dispatched before other orders are processed and this can unfortunately occasionally lead to out of stock lines.
If you wish to return your full order unopened including all items that were sent to you we will credit in full or alternatively choose an alternative pendant to purchase to go with the chain and we will offer free postage on that item as another gesture of goodwill.
