The rental car deposit was $200, not $50 as I was told . It was ok, however.

Well, I don't feel that the complaints I have about the accommodations has anything to do with the service that I received from Robin. She is always very helpful and pleasant. She is very very helpful but where we stayed I had a few issues. Minor issues. There was hair in the bathtub, the trash cans we're very very small. No ice machine on our floor.

Robin has provided excellent service all of the time. She has gone above and beyond on more than one occasion. I don't know where I'd have endrmed up if it hadn't been for her! Five stars is not enough.

Robin Crockett has been an absolutely wonderful agent when it has come to meeting my needs for travel and car rental plans. She is always willing to take the time for my calls and has always delivered. She also got me a great deal with my vacation packet, plus when I inquired about Cruz ships she came through for me with another fantastic deal. I would recommend Silverbreeze Travel to anyone looking to save money and time.
