Worthless, lies and dangerous.

Worthless system that constantly lies from the start and can easily do more harm than good.

So they claim "Your programme is specifically tailored to best meet your needs". It wont be. It will be a cookie cutter set of very limited "tools" as they call them based off a very short and very basic questionnaire.

As a result it tends to be lots of not relevant things and "lessons" all of which are based around the idea that you are the problem and to blame - which isn't helpful for mental health issues.

It also lists under each module "personal stories" so you don't feel alone, yet will openly admit these are not true, they have been written by their experts.

And again as it isn't in anyway tailored to the user or actively monitored a number of the tools are built around flawed ideas like you collecting evidence for or against to "challenge" sets of thoughts...so what if you have no evidence to challenge but to reinforce it?

And finally, they don't have an option to delete your account. You have to try and find an email which they don't list under their help section and hope they will do so.
