Everything every service is improved and had a great experience there

This place is a big NO!! They have stolen our £1000 deposit when we booked for a banqueting hall, and misleading us in all ways possible. Told us we wouldn’t be charged extra for the stage by Faiz and then he disappeared on holiday and the women who was at the hall told us we would be charged more for it!! The bridal room was atrocious and looked like the worst bedroom you can imagine for someone, very humid. Enough to make any person ill… we were never told about the major lack of car spaces we would have as there are flats above the hall… when we told the team we wanted to call it off and get our deposit back, they said it’s ok we can have it back but have to wait for Faiz to come back from holiday…. When he came back from holiday he said he can only give £500 in the meantime due to them not having another booking. And said we will get it in about 4 weeks. Gave them the benefit of the doubt, and 4 weeks passed, no communication, and no signs of even a penny returned. Several phone calls were made and messages left, but no response. 2 months pass of trying to get the money back, was guaranteed by Faiz we would get the full £1000 back in a week. Again given the benefit of the doubt, and then we’re told Faiz is back on holiday, and then weirdly enough he returns on the same day as told by another staff an hour later… bank details have been sent several times, and keep getting told the accountant is doing it .. several phone calls made and still nothing, not even a response via text or a quick call… WORST PLACE TO GO TO, THIEFS!!!!!

I had my nephews birthday party on Saturday 4/9 amanpreet and bukeria where amazing. From start to finish I have not one issue with them. Amanpreet was always very welcoming and responsive and definitely patient. The venue was lovely food amazing and all my guests went home very happy. A big shout out to Amanpreet Bhai You really helped. I can’t thank you enough. Henna

I attended an event here today and the venue was absolutely lovely. The food was delicious and the staff very friendly. I very much recommend this place for your events and weddings.
