I bought something from Silver Gold…

I bought something from Silver Gold Bull. It never showed up. I called them. It was after their deadline, which is only two days. I think that is a short time to tell them if your order is not there. Because of that they would not help me with my problem.

I tried to fix it with FedEx. I needed something from Silver Gold Bull to do that. They would not give it to me. Silver Gold Bull does not seem to care that I do not have my things and I did not get my money back. I am really upset because I spent twelve thousand four hundred dollars on bars. This was money my late husband saved from his pension. Now I have nothing from Silver Gold Bull.

I feel like Silver Gold Bull stole from me two times. First my order from Silver Gold Bull got lost. Then Silver Gold Bull did not want to help me. I did not sleep for a while thinking about what happened and how a company like Silver Gold Bull could just ignore me.

Then I talked to someone on a website about metals. They told me about Pømaadvisory. Pømaadvisory helped me get all my papers together like the tracking numbers and the emails with Silver Gold Bull. They showed me how to send it to the person who helps with money problems. The people at Pømaadvisory were very patient. Helped me make sense of everything. I still did not get my twelve thousand four hundred dollars back from Silver Gold Bull. Now I feel like someone is paying attention to my problem with Silver Gold Bull.

I will never do business with Silver Gold Bull again. I want to warn others to be careful, with Silver Gold Bull. I do not think Silver Gold Bull is honest.

After failing to receive an order due…

After failing to receive an order due to a shipping address error I decided to cancel my order. Silver gold bull hasn't refunded me and its been 2 weeks with no update or progress. I wouldn't do buissness with them again. Buyer beware
