After they shipped wrong item I tried to return and the respond is I have to pay extra money to get right item (asically, they tried to sell me something else.)
Sense i didn't agree with that they told me I have to pay the shipment even that I tried to return it on time.And last email saying:
Sorry for the inconvenience,
I have reported your situation to the customer service manager.
We will reply to you as soon as possible later
Thank you for your patience.
This is 3 days ago, they have argued with me since January 9 2025

ZERO STARS

After ordering a set of headlights, I had an issue with one of them after about 6 months. I simply emailed Silverholder and they asked me to take a video of the light not working and email it to them. After sending the email of the video, o received an email that they were sending me a replacement headlight. I will also say Silverholder sent out the replacement light very quickly. I could not be more pleased with the products and the customer service. Top notch company.

Love the lights,they have turn my car into a different atmosphere and vibe. This light just make the car more luxury.easy to install and love all the different light functions it has.

Product was nice for just over a year. Very bright. Enjoyed the product until it went out earlier in the week. I am close to a week waiting to figure out if they are sending me a replacement for the burnt out on. I have heard 0 info on my situation. Reached out on all levels. Number on website is always busy.

I ordered an H4 bulb but they sent me a 9005. They tried to make me foot the bill and told me it was my fault. They tried to charge me 20 bucks for return shipping! This company is a joke. All return emails come in the middle of the night so you know is some guy from India who doesn't give a crap.

Company statement of a 24/7 support and a 30 day return. They do not! Absolute horrible customer service. This company doesn’t support their product or back it up. I ordered the luxury auto lighting and it never worked. They asked for a video when they finally answered a email after weeks of trying. So I sent one in and did what they asked me to do. Still nothing worked. They ghosted me after that.

Ordered led headlights,they took our money and we never got the lights.the phone number is always busy and they don't respond to emails...don't know how they are allowed to stay in business

Terrible bought two led lights only to find out they weren’t compatible and they won’t let me return it they said I can just get some converters and use them had to buy the correct ones as I wrote off my car tried to ask them for a refund again but not worth it because they won’t give you a refund selling on Facebook to save my frustration don’t bother with this company or if you do make sure you buy the right one

These are some amazing bright lights n now I have to get my fog lights for my truck

So a year ago I bought Silverholder headlights. Absolutely satisfied and extremely impressed!! I just recently received the fog lights I ordered for my 2015 Jeep Cherokee. As with their headlights, the fog lights were also super easy to install. Maybe took me 15 minutes tops. Silverholder also has the best customer service of any online site I have ever ordered from. 👍 All around top notch professionals through out the company. I'll never order lighting stuff from anyone else. Thanks ya'll!!!

I bought another set prior to seeing the warranty. I then reached out about the lifetime warranty, I sent photos of my failure and they are now sending three lamps. And I am satisfied. I was satisfied to buy more anyway.....but they honored their products. Great place to do business.

The led headlights and foglights work awesome. The customer service is awesome and very quick response getting back to you about getting your issue solved.

All warranty coverage is kept up to date for problem with a experience staff

Fast shipping, easy to install, lights very bright don't even have to use the brights. I'm going to be getting this brand for all my other vehicles. I recommend these lights they are great. I told all my friends about them and they are also buying them.

Great output, beam pattern isn’t offending to oncoming drivers, it has great range and coverage. I had to consult some assistance and they were extremely helpful and professional about this product!
Definitely a 5 out of 5 stars!
