Horrible customer service and crappy product. Purchased 4 led light. One went out. Reached out to customer service several times over several weeks. Got the run around, asking for video of my headlights not working. Never ending emails with no action, so I wrote a bad review. Only then did someone finally reach out to help. However they wouldn't replace it unless I took down my bad review and sent them a screen shot of a 5 star review. I did that, and eventually received a new light weeks later. Well now 2 more have gone out. With such crappy customer service, I am going to throw them all in the trash and purchase another set through a reputable company that stands behind their product. Save your money, these lights are garbage!

Trash product, shipped with China without letting me know before hand, took forever to get to me, then when I get it bulbs are defective, they want me to jump through hoops and send a video of them not working. So they want a video of nothing/darkness? Still won't refund, I offered to send them back, they asked me to install bulbs in my fogs which would require taking my bumper off. I am going to be filing a bank dispute for defective product.

Biggest chinese wan*er I ever deal with. I got some led light wich were suppose to fit my exact model of car. They don't light up . I must to send them back to china on my expense . 20 euro delivery . I dont get refund yet . Avoid

I purchased a light strip for my Porsche Cayenne. Everything went well and it looked great after installation. Roll on 3 weeks and it stopped working. After contacting their support I have been asked for video after video after video of the problem.

The light was working, everything is still connected and now it doesn’t work, I’m not sure how many more hoops they want me to jump through to prove this.

Very frustrating after sales service. I would recommend that you avoid and find the same light from a Chinese seller.

I purchased and LED light strip and installed it in my F350. It looked great and worked well for three days. I reached out to Silverholder Customer Support and ask for a return shipping label as I needed to replace the defective light strip. They asked for a video, showing the lights and the wiring. I provided the video and they came back asking for additional pictures and additional videos. At that point, it became a little frustrating, and I decided to ask for a full refund rather than replacement. Once again, asked for a video showing the light strip connected to the battery. However, I had already provided this video. As an electrician, I understand how to troubleshoot wiring issues, but for some reason customer support doesn’t accept my word that the light strip is broken. I’ve seen numerous reviews now saying the strips are defective and I would not recommend anyone purchasing from this company as their customer support is horrible. Several other vendors sell the same light strips for third of the cost.

Update: Weeks later I am still waiting for customer support to respond back to me. They have gone radio silent. Do yourself a favor. Don’t buy from this company.

Went through customer service to get the exact bulbs needed for my 17 elantra high and low beams, lows fit great not very bright at all. HIGH BEAMS DON'T LOCK INTO PLACE!!! Just threw them in the trash where they belong, what a joke of a company and waste of my time and money. Also purchased led stip light for the hood of my durango, it's too short and doesn't stick in place at all!!! That's with using alcohol to make sure it's perfectly clean before application. Also purchased interior led lights,they sent the wrong ones a smaller kit. All in all it is the worst products and company I have ever dealt with. WASTED TIME AND MONEY!!! THREW ALL THE PRODUCTS IN THE TRASH!!! Update: they've now said an adapter is needed gor high beam bulbs and are sending free of charge. Haven't addressed my other issues yet.

My campervan on a Ram Promaster came with terrible headlights. Driving at night was unpleasant due to the short area illuminated on the road. These were recommended by someone, and a decent price, so I decided to give them a try. My vehicle requires an adapter to hold the bulbs in place because the heat sink prevents the original holder from fitting in place. When I contacted Silverholder about this, they offered to send me the required adapter. When it arrived it worked perfectly. I replaced the low beams and now they are about as bright as the halogen high beams. I feel much safer driving now, especially on remote rural roads.

These LED lights are a complete waste of money. The hight beam and low beams were mixed up, no fix, just a poor quality product that should not be made available for consumers. Their support team offered no assistance, they just wanted to waste my time by asking stupid questions. They even wanted me to take a video to show how the beams looked. As if I was lying or something. If the lights were working as they should, I would not to have contacted them. Support never made an offer to replace the faulty lights or a refund. Complete junk, $100 down the drain.

After I waited a month for my Led headlights, 5he only lasted 2 months, when diodes went out and I contacted customer service which is a joke,giving me the run around, wanted me to switch bulbs and take pictures of beam pattern. The lights have failed and I deserve a refund and would gladly send lights back. There's a reason only 30 day money back.

My experience of SilverHolder products are far from what you expected from those other LED companies. But their customer services and lifetime warranty are the reason I purchased from them.

I like the brightness of the silver holder lights. I live out in the country so I need a really good quality bright light. So far they meet my needs.

Best LED lights in the market. So easy to install. Videos if you need it. Customer service is very responsive and very helpful. I'm buying their product for all my vehicles'.

These are the best lights I have every purchased outstanding night vision ,which I have been seeking for years I have finally found a great product and have recommended to many freinds and Co workers .I will be sticking with these lights for a very long time .I highly recommend this product.

Great lights. Makes driving in the back country of WV alot easier. Interaction with customer service has been great. 5 star rating does not justice.

They have great products and good prices but they have one of the best costumer service I have ever worked with. I will be coming back.
