Eric was very professional and patient, even with a bad connection. He took the time to help me work through everything, and it was really nice talking to a real person who genuinely cared.

I was so surprised I even opened the proverbial check. It was for ALOT of money ands I really needed it. Eric answered my call and asked for my information. I was so happy when he called with good news! So polite and always gave me options in when was good for me to talk. Super thrilled I picked this company to finally make the move. My life is officially ALOT less stressed. So grateful!

It's very important to deal with a real human specially Erick Ochoa he was very patient, respectful, and very knowledgeable. I call him the Angel of Patience. I had mixed results with this company. My first experience was with a Brian he was professional and experienced in this category. Towards the end of our conversation he asked if I was interested in the debt consolidation program I was not and it ended on a good note. Unfortunately soon after and not leaving well enough alone a Kory Robertson continued to call me and finally I accepted and he passed me over to a different company named skyvault consulting group. My time was wasted and at work at that !

My experience with this company was not what I expected. When I signed up, I was under the impression that I was taking out a loan to pay off my debts and that I would just have one monthly payment to them. I was wrong. The reality is they told me to stop paying my credit card company and to start putting money into an escrow account so they could negotiate my debt. The initial information was very. My rep was Eric with Silver Lake.

Erick O was very helpful, very responsive, and answered all my questions. He helped find the right solution for my situation and was respectful of my time.
