We recently used this pet taxi service from Paris CDG to London, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. We had a fantastic experience with John's pet taxi service. Picking up our three cats from Paris CDG airport was completely stress-free and went without a single hitch. John is a true professional-polite, punctual, and very skilled at what he does. Most importantly, the cats (3 in total!) were settled and comfortable in his vehicle the entire time. Highly recommended for anyone traveling with multiple pets! Everything went perfectly smoothly from start to finish. Thank you for the unforgettable experience!

We recently used Silver Pet Travel UK to bring our dog into the UK from Canada (via France). The experience with Selaru John, our driver, was genuinely excellent. The company is organised, punctual, and very clear about each step of the process. Communication was thorough so we always knew what was happening and what was needed for paperwork and timing. They gave us advice and John was by our side each step of the way.
Our dog was treated with real care. John, the driver, was friendly, calm, and clearly experienced, which made the whole journey feel safe and straightforward. We truly feel like we made a friend throughout this experience.
Everything happened exactly as they said it would. The payment setup (half upfront, half on arrival) felt balanced and professional. We were picked up in the arrivals hall of CDG Paris and brought all the way to our front door in Hampshire, UK. The vehicle he drove was a Skoda Superb. It was comfortable, spacious, and all of our baggage fit nicely in the boot. The border process was handled smoothly with the help of John and we arrived relaxed and happy. We’re grateful for such a positive experience and would absolutely recommend Silver Pet Travel to anyone needing reliable pet transport.

Firstly Silver Pet Travel is DEFRA registered and I even checked on the official government website. Some companies I contacted said they were registered but they were not actually on the list.

Communication was very good as well and I was sent a checklist well in advance to make sure documentation etc. was in order.

Payment flexibility and method of payment was also very straightforward and easy.

But really it was Tiberius who made the actual day of travel so pleasant and easy. It is very stressful travelling with an animal but I really did feel like we were in safe hands. Tiberius arrived on time and found us straight away at the train station. He is a logistical master with great knowledge and experience of transportation.

The car was spacious, clean comfortable and well prepared for my cat and I.

My cat was very calm once inside and didn’t complain for the 4 hour journey.

I have used Tiberius twice now for airport collection from Paris and back into Kent, first time in 2023 and just recently July 2025 and I wouldn’t use anybody else. From beginning to end, the whole service is smooth. I don’t need to worry about Tiberius being at the airport and chasing him as it’s Tiberius that made contact with me a couple of days prior to landing in Paris with clear instructions and once landed, he is there ready and waiting.
