The pre-application process was a breeze. I pre-qualified with a lender with a fair credit score and having been in business less than 6 months!

I went online and I received a message saying someone from Silver Rock was going to contact me me in few minutes. Well it's been two days and nothing.
Very disappointed!

Very helpful when others are not...fast and easy..lived it.

You guys shouldn't tell everybody they are approved when actually they are not!!!! You know sometimes bad things happen to good people. I never expected to loose my business and have to file bankruptcy. I never thought I would have gone through a horrible divorce either. In the 8 years I've been through a living hell. I wouldnt want my worst enemy to go through what I have, but, you guys made your decision. I know how to make money if not I wouldn't have been a cosmetologist for 25 years.

I read all the relevant information for this loan broker.Normally i ignore or delete such solicitations but it sounded interesting so i supplied the information. i also don't normally write reviews but as an internet retailer who uses trust pilot i realize the importance of feedback. So here it is. i indicated my preferred method of contact was e mail. I received an acknowledgement stating i would be contacted in less than 10 minutes. i was not contacted either by e mail or phone and it has been about three hours. i did receive a request from Trust Pilot asking me to review their services. We use Trust Pilot in our business so we know they are the real deal. so here is the review: Silver Rock Funding set the expectation and failed to deliver. if you say you are going to do something you should do it. as a business owner that's my two cents. Thanks.
