I placed an order on 31/21 for 3 Silver Charms to be delivered for a 21st by the 04/22, and I was assured that their was not going to be a problem.
The 4th came and went, I contacted them on the 7th asking for the tracking number. I was informed they had been sent standard 1st and under the circumstances mentioning Covid for the delay could I possible give it a couple more days.
Even the Royal Mail say their are no delays.
Finally on the 8th they turn up.
Unbelievable or what.
So in short it took 8days.
Sending jewelery through the post should be tracked, then it's insured for both parties not 1st class just to save money.
