Received shoes, quality was garbage and reached out to them. They told me they only offer exchanges for low quality prints however their refund policy states if not 100% satisfied they will make it right, I told them unless they intend to use higher quality material and not produce shoes i would expect to find at Dollar General then making it right would be issuing a refund. I also brought up that the shoes are not as vibrant as the photos online and they said that the photos are only for reference and don’t represent that actual product (FRAUD) and reiterated they only offer exchanges for low quality prints. So if they don’t accurately represent their shoes on their website who the **** gets to claim what the quality should be??? Well that answer is THEM and they seem to think the quality is perfectly acceptable despite their deception of the customer. After MANY emails that ultimately began to just be generic responses i filed fraud with my bank and got my money back....DO NOT BUY!!!!

I received regular emails about the status of my order until 5/21/20. Then no more emails, and I can't access the tracking! It shows it was sent out but nothing else. I understand that COVID 19 is causing delays in shipping, but this is ridiculous!! They accepted my $$ immediately but I have not received my shoes. I DO NOT recommend ordering from this company. I should have checked the reviews more closely but the shoes supported a cause dear to my heart, so I let that determine that I wanted to order.

Upon requesting a refund, (which they only provide for defective orders, not for dissatisfied customers) they only offer 40%. This means that one (in the UK) pays for a product roughly £62 (GBP), and receives roughly £25 (GBP).

Scammers.

Also their customer service is poor and tedious, with no direct way of contacting them. Their policy is to get back in 48hrs, but even then you are at their mercy unless you have their email address, which they do not provide.

Also, take screenshots of your conversations with them. Ensure there are copies of everything in case things get messy.

<1 star. When Googling this website, it does not appear in the search results.

The reviews for all the products (shoes and blankets) are fake. The same names and times of posting have been used for their 4/5 star customer product reviews, implying that these are not real reviews.

There is no company "about" section, and you cannot return the products you buy; they either provide you with a different size, or you have to prove that the product has been damaged, and ONLY in this case will they give you a refund.

Avoid. This company is rubbish.
