Stay away from this fraud company

Stay away from this fraud company. I received a transport damaged mini split. I have working with this mini split for 1 year. It is not working as it should, and Shimando are fast to reply when they want their money. But when they got your money, they don't care about you anymore. I lost all my money. I was honest to simando, but Simando is not helping. A big big warning goes out to everyone who speculate doing business with Simando. Don't do it! Now you are warned.

NO Customer support

Have bought a Simando heat pump Eco smart 12000 BTU (via amazon.de). Worked for two months then defect.
Never any reply on their phone number. On their support e-mail they reply only after many days, and than with useless standard messages. Have shipped back the faulty unit 2 weeks ago but still no update from Simando. Have they received my shipment? Will they ship me a replacement/functioning unit? I don't know and feel left in the dark.
