Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service. Ordered simagic wheel, base and pedals on Saturday, arrived Tuesday. Excellent communication including a courtesy phone call to keep me updated on my order which was definitely the cheapest deal around! Buy with confidence. Thanks alot simhound. I will be back. 😁

Monitor stand

Ordered the triple monitor mount and took 1 month to arrive. When it arrived the t nuts were cheap and some didn’t even have screw wholes. The thing was a mess to set up because of the connections wholes weren’t big enough for the screws, in the end i had to drill bigger ones. Overall I wouldn’t recommend because of cheap paint and materials. The price and delivery.

We don’t appear to have any correspondence from you stating that there was any issues with this order, we could have arranged for any replacement parts to be sent out to you if any items were indeed faulty. We do not use cheap components and have spent a lot of time sourcing UK based companies to get all of our metalwork and fittings from, to eliminate any quality issues. Please do send any evidence of faulty components to us at contact@simhound.com so we can forward this to our production teams and suppliers and issue replacement parts to yourself.

With regards to the lead time, our coated monitor mounts and rigs have an additional lead time, that is shown in the product description, this is purely due to the powder coating process and the additional time this takes.

Our monitor mounts are much more competitively priced than other very similar products on the market and are great value!

If there is anything we can do for you, please just reach out to us, as we will always do what we can to ensure our customers are as happy as can be.

After sales service not existent

In January 2025 I ordered, from Belgium, a pair of Racing Shoes.
All went fine with the delivery but because of the high import tax (double the price of the shoes) I have refused the package!
The package was sent back and Asendia lost the package!
I have contacted Simhound a lot of times, asking them to send a replacement package to a UK location or to refund, but there was not response from them!
Lastly I have contacted them again asking to file a complaint with Asendia (only the seller can file a complaint) but again no reply from Simhound.

UPDATE:
After this review, I was contacted by SimHound and all was resolved.
I've got a refund and SimHound was kind to sent also a replacement package!

The review was strictly based on my experience and might not happen to anybody else!

In the end, if you like their products then buy them but if there are any problems (with the products of delivery) I encourage you to use any method to contact SimHound to fix the problems!

Unfortunately we never received the product after it was returned back to us and this was why the refund was never issued.

I believe we have sorted all of this out for you now after looking into this as obviously this has been a mix up between the Belgian Postal service and Asendia with the return and no fault of your own.

SimHound at Goodwood FOS 2024

Met up with SimHound at Goodwood FOS in 2024. We were interested in getting a fully spec'd SIM to help support our race car testing programme. A detailed quote was very swiftly received from Adam who right through the sale process was fully engaged with sound advice. Price quoted was very competitive and we are delighted with the delivered product. Installation and training were straightforward, in summary I couldn't recommend Adam Walton highly enough, proper customer service.

Great experience

Bought my Simagic Alpha wheelbase from them. Got a really good deal and was a pleasure to meet them. Having a physical location really builds confidence in the company, not just an internet fly-by-night.

Excellent company. Friendly staff.

So as a spur of the moment thing I was looking round for a Simagic Alpha Mini and wheel to treat myself for my birthday and as usual, couldn’t find anywhere very local with physical stock, it was always “we can get it sent straight to you”.

I then by chance found some on Simhounds site, contacted them and not only did he truly have physical stock, he agreed to let me drive across out of hours and purchase it in person if I wanted it even faster!

He showed me round his unit, with various other options I liked and we discussed sim racing for a while. He was super friendly and a pleasure to chat with and importantly, at no point did I feel hurried or obliged to buy, even though he was officially closed and should have been at home.

Love my new Simagic gear and just need another excuse to get back there for more gear!! Maybe those cool new pedals he was showing me!

Customer for life here.

Recently purchased new VR headset

Recently purchased new VR headset from SimHound. Seemed to be a global shortage of this particular product so dropped them a line asking for confirmation they did have stock. Very quick response to my email (sent early hours of the morning) confirming they did have stock, so order placed with standard delivery 3-7working days i think it was. Regardless, I received confirmation withing a few hours that item was shipping and scheduled for delivery next day. Friendly, prompt service, geat job Adam and thanks

Friendly, Efficient service, fully recommend

Had some concerns on a new rig /frame upgrade for my room, contacted staff and they went above and beyond with the size / availability options.

I've used Simhound for peripherals and gear many times and have always had a proper good service. Ordered a new set of p2000 pedals, arrived in no time and and loved them since. Fully recommend!

Want a profile rig for half the price?

Want a profile rig for about half the price of "mainstream" companies, then this is your place. Had mine about 2 years and it has been faultless. The best bit was the magnetic stickers for sure though! Bought gloves at the same time and they are ideal for sim racing, much better than actual karting gloves!

Trust, Great Quality, On time, SImagic

I have been using Simhound gloves and Sim Shoes for well over 2 years now I have never had any issues great quality and stuff delivered on time. Comunication is also really good with Adam. Also Simhound are now a Simagic stockest is another bonus to have someone who I have used over a long period and who I trust to deliver.

This is more of a long term review

This is more of a long term review. Ive had the rig sim hound rig for a while now and i cant fault it. Fantastic products and service. Also have the sim hound shoes for around a year now still going strong with alot of use ! Cannot Praise Adam and Sim Hound enough. A lovely chap and very helpful.
