My experience is good as far as communication. I have not received hair yet but I am hoping for superior quality. I am very particular about the quality of my units, and I always know when I have a winner. So we will see when my unit arrives fingers crossed.

Still haven’t received my hair. But I’m receiving this to review.

Bad quality wig. Looks like it was made in a rush. Strap not attached at the right place. Cap too small like for a baby’s head. Cut is so bad
I will not recommend it

waow! the hairs are wonderful, very soft and of very good quality. have ordered another one immediately.

I have given this three stars ONLY because of the delivery time, it was too long! I did however get a quick response in the chat when I chased up my order; they were very sweet and polite.
Now for the wig: A solid five stars! The wig is beautiful, soft and silky. I definitely want to order from Simidola hair again but I’m afraid that it will be another long wait. I would suggest more updates giving regular information on the status of the order so customers are not anxious.

It’s been almost two weeks and I have not received any information about the delivery of my order…tried to chat with customer service but they just keep repeating the same thing with never a delivery date …who else should I contact at what should I do?

The hair is drop dead gorgeous!! It’s so soft and bouncy. There’s little to no shedding and the lace plus the knots was so small and thin, you can’t tell that they are there. Also a big plus is the customer service. They respond so quickly and professionally. 10/10

I got several wigs from SIMIDOLA,what i got exactly what I ordered, from the length to the quality.anyone that doesn’t is definitely missing.and the natural black color wig shipping is so fast,but only one thing is the colored wig will take some days to delivery,you need to buy in advance for party.

Wow, I really love this wig. Everything was pre-plucked, beached and cut for you, ��� just wear it and put foundation on it.My sister was amazed.Cus it just look like my real hair. it was very silky out of the box unlike my last wig from a different company ��� it’s been about a month, and the texture is still nice, like real hair; ������ ALSO, the box made me “cry”: such a kind company to bless us with so many amazing goodies unlike other companies ���❤️ THANKYOU SIMIDOLA. will definitely be ordering from here again���

Hair came exactly as described.It was glueless, pre bleached, and pre plucked. It was described as wear and go and was exactly that. The density is nice no shedding no smell.Shipping also so fast,Will definitely purchase again.
