Boots were faulty. Customer Services not great. Takes an age to reply, doesnt read emails properly, ignores evidence sent 3 times. I wont shop with them again

I contact the Customer Service Department to help with a problem I had with an order I had placed. When the order arrived it was incorrect. The Customer Service department emailed me back asking for photos and a copy of the Invoice. I sent the photos and copy of Invoice and within in an hour they responded to my email to ask if I required a refund or a replacement. I had already placed an order for the same order and it had arrived in excellent condition and high quality standard. They issued a refund for the incorrect order within 10 mins. The service from this company is exceptional, I would highly recommend buying from them.

❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗ I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience with Simmi London. I placed an order for two pairs of shoes - one white and one black. I paid for delivery + customs fees. However, upon receiving the package, I was dismayed to find that only one pair was included - the black shoes. There was no sign of the white pair anywhere.
To add insult to injury, a piece of paper inside the package stated that the white shoes were out of stock. This revelation was shocking and disappointing, especially considering that the shoes were still marked as 'in stock' on their website at the time of my order and are still marked as "in stock".
What's even more frustrating is the lack of communication from Simmi regarding this issue. At no point did I receive a notification informing me that I would only be receiving one pair of shoes. Had I known, I would have never agreed to pay such exorbitant delivery and customs fees for just one pair.
Despite reaching out to their customer service multiple times via email, I have been met with complete silence. The lack of assistance and accountability from their client service team is unacceptable and only adds to my frustration.
Overall, my experience with Simmi has been incredibly disappointing, and I would caution others against placing orders with them!❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗

I'd give zero stars if I could!
Paid for next day delivery, arrive 2 days later. The shoes where too big so returned them. 2 weeks later still no update with regards to refund so emailed them with tracking number. They said I had to go back to royal mail, where I returned them to, and ask where they are ? I didn't think this would be up to me seeing as I have followed correct procedure to return them. Customer service unhelpful, don't seem to be interested in helping me get the refund back.
Luckily, I purchased via Klarna, who are looking into this for me.
AVOID at all cost!!

Poor quality, overpriced and poor customer service.
Ordered sandals yesterday and paid for next day delivery £5.95, they’ve arrived today and are damaged. Contacted customer support for a replacement pair, only to be met with oh follow the refund process.
So I have to send the pair back and then reorder to pay that £5.95 again?? Not meeting me half way or providing me with a reasonable solution. Ridiculous. Poor quality sandals, sizing comes up large. Damaged.

My parcel was apparently delivered on the 5th April by Royal Mail. I have not received it in my hand nor received any instructions from Royalmail to the where my parcel has supposedly been delivered.
I was sent a picture of the parcel in no location just a parcel with a red background as proof this is delivered.
I am now being advised that I have to report this to the police.
Are they actually joking, it says on the Greater Manchester police website to contact Seller, I’m not surprised as it’s there responsibility to locate my delivery, not wasting police time over a pair of shoes… so let’s see what Simmi advise next, absolute nonsense and inconvenience

The shoes are well made , they are beautiful , the designs are just great ! The material feels good ! The delivery time was 2 days off and that was due to holidays which was still good timing for busy times ! Also they are quick to respond if an email inquiry is sent ! I will definitely be purchasing again !

I placed an order for boots and recieved a completely different style of boots than I ordered I then contacted simmi a couple of days after I received my purchase at the start of December 2023 and still haven't heard back from them it's now 26th February 2024!!
