There are two things that you look for from your estate agent when it comes to letting or selling your property. First is professionalism and second, even more importantly, is a deep understanding of the local market to ensure that the property is successfully marketed. At Simmons Estates we got both and were delighted with every element of their service. There is only one agent we would recommend in Borehamwood & Elstree - Simmons Estates.

We went with an online & a number of local high street agents and David & Ollie at Simmons got us more viewings by real buyers than anyone else. They were very proactive in finding us buyers and didn't just rely on their advert on Rightmove as so many other agents did. Within weeks we had asking price offers from 3 well placed buyers. David & Ollie managed our buyer after our first purchase fell through and we couldn't have been happier with their service. We'd recommend to anyone wanting to sell their property.
