Excellent. We didn’t really know what type of wedding rings my fiancé and I would like, Harry provided a wide selection of rings to view and sample. He explained the difference between the products and how they were made to help us understand what we’d like. We were provided with a number of different quotes and time to come to a decision. We couldn’t be happier with the finished products, superb quality and delivered within just 2 weeks!

Great service from Harry from start to finish. Very accommodating and knowledgeable.

Harry was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and very much there to help, there was zero hard sell at all.

This was a major purchase for us and having visited a few high street shops, we were frustrated. The first sold nice looking prefabricated rings at what seemed like a good price but with relatively low quality diamonds when you asked the sales person about them specifically. The other had good quality stones but the markup was enormous and the rings we out of our price range.

We set an aspiration in terms of the four Cs and a rough budget and Harry worked out a few combinations which maximised the overall quality. He brought them all to our house so we could decide what we liked best. We were more or less set on the ring and stones, but decided to sleep on it. Harry was more than happy for us to take our time and let him know when we were ready.

We were very specific in terms of how we wanted the settings to look and Harry dealt with all the details with no problems.

Six months later we couldn't be more happy with the ring and have lost count of the number of compliments it has attracted from friends.

A very professional and personal service. Harry used one diamond from an existing ring and advised me how I could extend this to a trilogy ring by adding two more matching diamonds. His advice was excellent and I am delighted with my bespoke trilogy ring.

Harry was excellent. He was very flexible with where and when we met and was always prompt! No request was too much, including an additional trip to his supplier to get a second sample of stones. The finished product was perfect and I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Harry was knowledgeable, friendly and factual when discussing engagement rings. He was very prompt in replying to emails and placing the order and where there was a small issue with the ring (through no fault of his own) he offered to get it sorted at my convenience and his own expense. There was no pressure to buy anything and the price was much, much lower than buying the equivalent in the high street, despite the ring being bespoke. Highly recommended! Thanks Harry.

I was able to build a unique ring by choosing each element individually, using samples that they had available, including the diamond itself. All were reasonably priced and top quality.

Both initial order and the re-sizing were done very quickly!

Overall, my fiancé loves the ring, specifically how it is unique, how I was able to choose each element so it was more personal and that it came from a local, family business.
