Et besøg hos frisøren skal for mig være mere end "bare en tur hos frisøren" – det skal være en god oplevelse. Derfor er det ikke kun kvaliteten af din behandling, jeg går op i, men jeg sætter også en ære i, at give mine kunder min fulde opmærksomhed. Af samme grund har jeg kun én kunde inde af gangen. Jeg tillader mig at sige, at kunden ikke altid har ret. Som frisør ved jeg, hvad der kan lade sige gøre og hvad der passer til min kunde. Derudover gennemfører jeg ikke behandlinger, jeg ved kan skade dit hår, da velplejet hår for mig er det essentielle.

Disappointment

I booked Haircut appointment with Frisor Simon Kynde after going through reviews and rating on TrustPilot. He was nice to talk and we had good conversation. I told him clearly that I wanted a ‘Sophisticated and Stylish’ look. He kept telling me that my hair length is inconsistent. I told him I am okay for short hair but not too short as I did not want to take any chance with my hair. Anyways I listened to him as he is the expert. Once he finished cutting off my hair, I could not see any much difference in my earlier hair and after haircut. I had to ask him ‘Is this all? Is this done?’ So to my surprise, for entire one hour appointment that I booked, he just ‘trimmed’ my hair and did bit of front fringe. And the front fringe which I suggested him, he could not even do it good. He just cut front forehead hair half short. There was absolutely no styling, no different look that I could see. I told him if there is something else can be done further? To which he said I had to book another appointment as it will be considered as ‘New Haircut’!
So ultimately I had to pay full price for ‘just trimming’ and weird front fringe which I am absolutely dissatisfied with. The entire experience is ‘No Value for Money’ and I am NOT going there again.

Shweta first of all, I am very sorry that you’re not satisfied with your haircut.

We spent a lot of time going through the different opportunities for your hair. You ask what my opinion was, I told you I wanted to keep it long, but that will be a process because you had 4 cm short layers in the top, that you agreed.
When I was going to blow-dry and straighten it so I could cut it all the way through, you told me that you didn’t want me to straighten it.
That prevented me doing my job, and you still didn’t want me to do it. After a long time of cutting and telling you what I did, and where it had to grow, you suddenly wanted the short frensh, and I did what you told me, until you said you was happy with it.

After the haircut was done, you told me you have made up your mind and wanted it short. I spent one hour to cut your hair as we agreed and after that you wanted a complete different haircut.

I’m very sorry that I didn’t had the time that day to give you a new haircut, but when you left the salon you ask me how long It had to grow before you can book a new appointment, I told you three months. Then you left the salon and said thank you, that I took for an agreement of the process.

We don’t want our customs to be unsatisfied but it’s difficult to do two complete different haircuts in one appointment.
