Order not fulfilled, no response to queries
I ordered 2 garden chairs from this company on June 18th, order number 000001038. As of today, July 8th I have still not received my order. I have tried to query the order several times in several ways but as yet have had no response whatsoever. On my order confirmation it said to contact anything4home with any questions. I did this but had no response. There was also a telephone number to call but that goes every time to answerphone. I left a message but no response. I found an email addresss for Simpa customer service and sent them an email but yet again, no response.
On the day of order, I was given a tracking number by ITD.
When querying this I was informed by ITD that they had not yet received the shipment from Simpa.
I have never come across an online company that:
A) Delayed deilery/ failed to deliver
B) Totally blanked my queries with no reponse.
C) Took payment on the day the order was place without being able/willing to fulfill the order.
This has so far been a frustrating experience with as yet no resolution in sight!
